Went in this morning to get a copy of a very old house key. Brian was very patient & thoroughly searched the available blank keys to find the perfect fit. Other employees worked with him to complete the job.GREAT JOB Brian

A nice clean store, reminds me.of back in the day. Big difference is talk about over kill on Security/Security devices. I was shocked cause it seemed everything had a security tag! You have to walk passed everyone in line to leave. Staff is very friendly.

I went in for their Christmas tree sale they had going on, and Ken, an employee of only 3 weeks was hands down the most helpful customer service representative Ive ever dealt with. Everyone there is super nice, but Ken went above and beyond!

Its nice to have a close store but too often the item Im looking for isnt here. The staff has been super friendly over the smallest things and mean at times over trivial issues as well. So a very mixed bag. Usually end up having to drive 30 minutes somewhere else to get the item I need.

Quick easy way to find what you need.

I lost a screw to my break light assembly to my car and it caused and irritable squeak. After calling several auto parts stores, they all told me to go to ace. Not only did the gentleman go over every possible replacement, he also trusted me with his tools to run out to the parking lot and insert it. Worked great, squeak is gone and tools returned. He was awesome and a blessing.

This place has a type of personalized customer service you havent seen in years. I have yet to make any parts return almost simply because I get great advice while Im there. Places like Walmart may be cheaper, but Ill pay the extra dollar to continue getting the great experience I receive every time in store.

Not very happy with the Ace Hardware in Miamisburg. Went to buy a 20 by 29piece of plexiglass its plexiglass was going to cost me $25 Needless to say I did not buy it.

I went to the Miamisburg Ace Hrdwr. today to find the right nut for lamp repair. The two gentlemen who took care of me worked diligently to find the right fit. I always get great service there. And they always seem to have what I need, unlike some big box stores. Great place to shop.

Passed by at least 4 associates without even one offering to help. I would expect that at a big box store but not from the “helpful” hardware folks. They have what you need for small home repairs, but don’t expect to be wowed.

Great and convenient, not for price

I rarely leave reviews, but feel obliged to do so after the fantastic service I recieved at Ace Hardware in Miamisburg. I had to have a new key/fob made for my Audi and chose Ace because of the GREAT price (less than half of what the dealership wanted to charge). The fob requires programming to match the vehicle, and I was warned when I ordered it that they can sometimes be finicky and take a bit to program. When I arrived, Anthony (from Ace) promptly began to program my replacement fob. Long story short: a glitch in the newly downloaded software on their programmer rendered both the new fob and my original inoperative. I was dead in the water. To be honest, I thought I was going to be stuck until Monday (this occurred on a Saturday) waiting for an Audi dealership to figure it out. Anthony quickly called in backup (Amanda), and together they worked through it and were able to program both fobs. THATS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WILL BRING CUSTOMERS BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN. Thank you guys again for getting me back on the road!

I live nearby and its always my hardware go to. There has never been a time I made a trip and didnt return home with exactly what I needed and ventured out for. The staff is very helpful and they provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting you immediately and offering to help you with any questions or finding whatever youre on the hunt for.

I drove a friend to Ace and he was able to get a part for his washing machine, fixed it himself and saved a fortune.

Very rude employees. Said no place is cutting keys cause of the pandemic. They lied. Went to Walmart & got key cut. They have lost my business.

This place is great if you like that old hardware store feeling. They have everything. Should go and check it out there is Always someone there to answer ur questions. All the people there are older and knowledge. No kids telling you what they think.

I purchased $85 worth of goods in your store today. One bag of weed control weighs 48lbs. Did anyone offer to lift it for me? NO! Typically my husband shops for these things, but I thought Id stop today, since I was out. I even asked an older man (employee) where I could find it. He showed me and conveniently disappeared.Your employees are not friendly, nor helpful. This isnt the first time Ive been disappointed in your customer service, but its the last time I visit your store!!! My husband was so disappointed that no one offered to help me and he said he will never shop there again either. We will go to the Ace in Springboro and see if they will do a better job. (Not even the cashier offered to get someone to help me.)I want to spend my money where Im appreciated and respected. You have employees who really dont want to work for you (or probably for anyone). Unhappy employees = loss of customers.

Really love this place its not huge like the other stores, has a lot of specialty items that the bigger stores like Lowes, Menards, Home Depot does not have. I was able to quickly get in find what I needed and get out. The price is actually on a lot of things were cheaper than even Walmart for example Walmart sells a specific type of flashlight that is supposed to be 40 times brighter 4 around 14 and some change... The same comparative flashlights was $10.... And honestly I was impressed with all the things the store had to offer, I could probably shop in here for hours, the store is small that it is nicely stacked with quite a few people surprisingly, even though I didnt need help and what I was finding I seen that the employees were doing excellent customer service and friendly.... So definitely I would recommend this place 👍🏼👍🏼

Handyman Ace hardware is the place to go for quick help with hardware, tools, and items needed to run and repair your household. They are always helpful, and tend to have the parts that I need to do the quick fixes around my house.

Has a good neighbor feel to it. Nice change from the big box stores.

Staff turned me away at the door a minute before close (7:59) when I tried to pick up an internet order (which I informed them of was why I was there). Disappointing as noone closes a store and leaves at the strike of 8.
