I had the pleasure of working with the manager Carrie the other day. I had some troubles with a piece of equipment I had purchased from a different harbor freight store, and she was willing and happy to help me out. She went the extra mile to help take care of me and emulated what great customer service is. I am happy with my experience and would gladly shop there again.

We went in to get a cheaper priced couch, Ryan was amazingly helpful at the moraine location. He helped us find the perfect couch for a great price and ended up calling other stores to find it in stock to have it delivered to us! We couldn’t be more thankful! Great communication and customer service! The dock loading guy even gave my son his yo-yo he had! Keep it up guys! Great job!

This is in regards specifically to Harbor Freight Tools store 211. I had an outstanding experience. I have had a concern with clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks for years. Normally I would call a plumbing/drain cleaning service to handle the concern. This is always very expensive. I decided to try my own luck via plunging, which even that I was doing incorrectly. There is a proper way to do that and I know now but I only made it worse over time sadly. So, I thought of the old hot water down the drain to dissolve the problem. That is the right idea but to little and to late. Next I thought of purchasing an auger or snake as some call it. Good idea! I looked on youtube for the best way to use one and what type to purchase. I found out that Harbor Freight carried the auger I needed. I went there with the intention to not only purchase one but to ask advice on how to use one from someone who works there. I was recommended to ask for James 4.0. I was expecting James 4.0 to provide some helpful tips on how to use it, instead he provided an expensive solution. The solution was not even to be found in the his store but he guided me as to what store what have what I needed! That is a rarity to have someone point you away from his store to the one that had what I needed. The solution worked!!! From this point on I will be returning to Harbor Freight Tools in Miamisburg! Even if they dont have what you need the staff have the knowledge of what to do and care enough about you to not waste money and time when the answer is elsewhere. Thank you James 4.0!!!!

Seems the Chinese have stolen enough technology to make tools to compete with the big boys. Store is much cleaner than my last visit. Doesnt smell like shipping crates and oil so much.

My first time in this store and I was amazed. I was looking for a certain type of wrench and they had a huge selection and great prices. Everything is well marked with signs and its easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I enjoy Harbor Freight. I have bought a lot of inexpensive or single use tools here. I have not tried their commercial grade. On tools I use infrequently I buy here.I did buy one tool and it quit on the first use. The return was easy. I have had good interactions with the staff here.

These guys st this location are awesome at providing great service and have given me the 20 percent discount just for asking among other things like helping me find items in their store or other locations. Manager James and the staff there was quite helpful knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I have a plan to Major purchase and they gave me a few deals as well they have an awesome warranty program

The store itself was fine, but the service was terrible. They wouldn’t help us place an order for something they didn’t have but we called a different location and they were willing to help us. Apart from that, some of the employees seemed less than thrilled to help us, and the manager (I believe he was the manager since it seemed like the people at the register kept having to ask him something every two seconds) had an attitude.

Never disappoint any time I come here. Friendly people. Great selection. Cheap options for small jobs and heavy duty options for big jobs. Every option is budget friendly, and Ive had great performance from everything Ive bought here from oscillating tools, to hand tools, to sure compressors, to 12 compound miter saws, to 50 electric drain augers. You name it. They have it at great values.

Called to ask if the tool box I wanted was in stock. The woman searched the number I gave her and told me they were sold out. I asked if she could check on the other colors, I didnt care what color I got. She told me she didnt have time, she had customers in line. I told her that I was a customer and will purchase the very expensive tool box if they had one in stock. She told me I wasnt a real customer because I wasnt there in line. Then hung up on me. She had already put me on hold when I first called. She could have put me on hold again until the CUSTOMERS were gone so he could look it up. I would not have cared. Instead she hung up on me. So I went to lowes and purchased a different tool box.

I love this store. It is definitely the first place I check if I need a tool. Yes the tools older tools arent the best quality but their hand tools and tool boxes are extremely nice. Check out YouTube reviews on what is a solid by and what to avoid. And as always, use coupons!

I came here a few days ago and I had one of those coupons for a free item they said that they couldnt honor the free item because of covid I dont get that the coupon was still good they should be honoring stuff I dont remember covid attaching itself to an object like that and if that be true then why are they even open if theyre so scared of covid

I love shopping here. They almost always have exactly what Im looking for and the price and quality are always top notch. I remember when I was a kid and my dad ordered from their catalog. He always told me to check here first when I got old enough to need my own tools.

Cheap throw away tools. Gone are the days of quality lifetime tools. I use to buy all american made tools. I still have some that are over 50 years old. I doubt the clamps i bought there will be around that long.

Although the store is often semi-crowded when I attend they have most things in stock again. They do have separations between the cashier and the customer. Check their sale ads because they do have good coupons.

If you need a specific tool or gadget for amateur or Saturday warrior use, its great given the general cost profile.As long as your primary purchasing decision isnt based on QUALITY and/or workmanship, youll find many rewarding purchase opportunities here.Remember, QUALITY isnt everything... Exchange process was simple with the replacement plan. Go-to for project tools. If they burn out, youre not out Dewalt prices...

Store is clean and organized. It seems smaller (about 1/3 smaller) than some of the other Harbor Freight stores where Ive shopped. Those other stores have a larger non tool section, such as household items and kids projects. It has a limited selection of gardening items. Staff was accommodating and kindly helped us find our items.

My husband and I love shopping at Harbor Freight. Every trip is like Christmas for us! We always bring a 20% off coupon and sometimes a few super coupons. You can sign up for the mailers with coupons at the store or on their website.This store is clean and in a good neighborhood. I can find just about anything I am looking for. From batteries to tarps to grinders, it is in this store. Every year at Christmas we purchase tools from Harbor Freight for the males in our family to help build their tool collection. It is inexpensive for us and they are delighted to get new tools.The items we have purchased have lasted for years. We have never had anything that didnt work or broke while using. Harbor Freight does have a good return policy. I highly recommend this Harbor Freight, especially for those of us on a budget that need decent tools and equipment.

Great place for your tool needs. They used to be an inexpensive, lower quality tool distributor that was perfect for expendable tools. Not any more! They are still less expensive but the quality is amazing. Id put there tools up against almost anyones without spending a fortune.

No help available... heard employee answer phone put customer on hold. Then said can we unplug the phone?

Strangely, this store has an almost perfect track record of being out of the single thing that I came for. Other than that, its a typical Harbor Freight store--lots of imported tools at cheap prices. Its great for that tool you only need to use a handful of times.

Went in for some specific items, they were out of stock. It would be nice if their website reflected in / out of stock so I wouldnt waste a trip.

Great place, sells both cheap throw away tools which have there place, but also higher end tools that compete with the big boys at a lower price.

Great place for inexpensive tools and cheap tools too. Sometimes you dont need an heirloom quality commercial grade tile cutter. Sometimes you just want to finish your bathroom yourself and maybe never such that thing again.
