Very helpful and attentive staff member.It went very smoothly selecting a storage area.I rented one 20 yrs ago and it still is great.

Manager has a nasty attitude and is extremely rude. Very nosey and the property itself is way over priced for what you get. overall dont want to rent here to have to deal with the horrible excuse for a manager

Linda was very informative and took the time to make sure I understood the purchase agreement. I was able to view the unit beforehand and confirm it was the size we were looking for! From start to finish the process was easy, thank you Linda!!

I started renting a couple months ago after my mom passed and we needed quick storage options close to home. They were great with explaining everything you get and how payments work. They had a deal going where you get your second month free, which was super helpful! The units are very clean, lighted, and bug controlled. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs!

The entire experience from signing a contract, to convenient auto billing, to the cleanliness of our climate controlled unit was flawless. The owner is delightful and her other staff very helpful. Also very flexible we only need this unit for a couple of months to it being actually 14 months due to construction delays. I HIGHLY recommend Advantage Self Storage

Linda was wonderful and so understanding and so helpful with everything from the start, if I could I would give them more Stars. We moved to North Carolina last year and not one night or day was I worried about my belongings in storage they made me feel like family 🤩

Had to store some furniture & other items for what unfortunately ended up being an extended period there. Their price went up every year. When I was finally able to get my things, I found mouse feces, and mildew, wasp nest,spiders, etc filth on just about everything in the storage compartment. 2 of my oak dining chairs split & broken due to the lack of a properly sealed compartment apparently letting water, etc in. They advertise that their facility is climate controlled . It evidently is not & I had to throw away most of my belongings...clothing, furniture, keepsakes. Still really upset about losing so much of my property, particularly after all the money they received,& the constant increase in rent. I believed that my things would be safe there. I was wrong.

The location was great for where I lived. The staff are friendly and very quick to respond to any inquiries. I had a large unit for 8 months and never had any issues. I loved the autopay option. Very clean units and very secure.

Second time storing with Advantage and I highly recommend them. Lots of unit sizes including climate controlled options. They have a plow come through the units which helps when moving in winter! We had an apt fire back in 2018 and Advantage was the only part of the transition that was easy.I have to highlight the fact that Linda Keaton is a slice of heaven and the best part of the experience. She is extremenly thoughtful when considering your unit options vs your items being stored. Youll go in to rent a storage unit and spend the afternoon just talking to Linda. Why she sits behind that front desk is beyond me because she deserves more! See ya in Florida LK!

We rented a unit, and put in some shelving, nothing special, just basic stuff. The unit was paid through 2 months. We had forgotten to bring a lock, and so came back the next day. Shelves were gone. The guy working there said oh yeah, well, we saw there was no lock, so we figured you were moving out. We took them, I gave some to my buddies. When we asked why didnt we get a call? The unit is paid up for 2 months. they said that they just forgot... sorry. I would have understood if a thief got in, there would be no blame there, but it was the people working there. If you rent here, just dont store anything valuable and keep a close eye on your stuff. The only good thing is that they gave us one free month and a 10% discount... it still doesnt come up to half of what we paid for the shelves, but they made some attempt to fix it.

I have rented a unit from here for years and have been nothing but completely pleased with my experience. From how clean the lockers and lot is to the management being very friendly and always greeting me. I would recommend advantage self storage to anyone who needed a safe place to keep their belongings. There are not many places to have a 24 hour security living on site. Everyone there is very helpful and I can sleep well knowing my belongings are safe. If someone told me they ever had a bad experience here I would believe it. Advantage self storage is awesome!

Good pricing

Management made the process extremely easy and was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit I rented. Easy access and first month free you cant beat.

I am a long time customer (6 years) who rented a second storage unit. Thought I had second month free, instead got charged the monthly rate plus a $20 late fee. Have left a couple of messages but no response, now I have to waste time and go to their office.

I have now used this facility 3 times now and its a really great place to store your belongings and the lady that runs the place is very professional and friendly she is a sweetheart and I will recommend this facility to anyone. Also they have really good prices.

They have several payment options including online and its no charge. Climate controlled units, very clean, very secure with passcoded gate entry with late night access at a reasonable price. They even have a moving truck you can rent Very cheaply! Only complaints are avoid late fees theyre very high I think 30$ and the lot isnt level (steep inclines and sideways hills making it difficult to navigate with snow or ice) but black topped. I currently rent the smallest unit its lighted and 5x10 for around $55. I highly recommend them!

I was in need for a unit while in between homes and the staff at this Miamisburg location have been over the top exceptional to me during my rental time! They give you the option to have the first month free or second month, friendly staff who dont mind chatting, big units available currently storing my vehicle there now with some of my belongings and plenty of space left for more stuff, prices are fair and manageable and theyll work with you if you cant pay asap
