I have a $600 package that was supposed to be delivered today by signature only. That packaged was “delivered” and signed by someone who lives no where near me. Checked all my neighbors and I even went to leasing to have the name checked. Doesn’t exist. My proof of delivery shows no actual signature and the proof of delivery doesn’t even have a location or where it was left. $600 package that I more than likely will never see because of this location delivering my package elsewhere. I came home 20 minutes after it was “delivered” and it’s not here. I even immediately called customer support and they created a case. 20 minutes after delivery and I was never called back. It’s not almost 12 hours after delivery and I still have not heard back when I literally called 20 minutes after the alleged delivery. $600 package someone else has now and made no attempt to return it to me. Obviously they really liked what I ordered.

This exact site/facility has gone above and beyond during the pandemic. Anyone that has experienced the supply chain debacle can appreciate their efficiency and manners.There have been times over the automotive supply request surge, think 3/4Q 2020, where this facility has saved us over $100k+ in any given month. They are open later than most places for those last minute requests from different time zones.For all those reviews that speak pertaining to FedEx as a whole, maybe not speak poorly about this particular facility.Their parking lot is easy-to-use, carts readily available, and no curb or door lip to tackle.The associates go above and beyond what is expected. We receive better service here than any UPS site.

Drivers here are hard working all hours, not a easy job schedule wise. Be courteous and thank a FedEx driver.

The people at this place went above and beyond to find our package at their warehouse. It was closing time for them and it was a Saturday too. I can say Im impressed with the service here. They will service you with a smile too! That goes a long way when you are stressed out about receiving a package that you need before going on a trip. Thanks, FedEx!!

I have called multiple times about stuff NOT being brought to my door. Its being left outside where anyone in the apartment complex could steal anything. Today 2 FedEx ladies rang a young one & older lady. I buzzed them up they never made the effort to follow instructions & bring it to my door. Per my FedEx account delivery instructions. Just left it outside where the other 30 some people that live near me could take it if they wanted to! This is ridiculous!!!!

Very poor service. I paid for FedEx delivery due to arrive on a Friday to Dayton, Ohio, which didn’t show up. Tracking showed it meandering through tiny towns in Kansas and Illinois. Finally arrived at the FedEx depot in Miamisburg, OH, just a few miles from me. 10 minutes later a text message says it will be delivered on Monday and has already been loaded onto a van ready for Monday delivery, three days late. I tried calling to pick up the package myself on Saturday, only to hear a recorded message that I can do that on the next business day, i.e. Monday! Why couldn’t someone have texted or called to give me the option of picking it up on Saturday form the depot BEFORE stuffing into a van for the weekend? Now my package will sit in a hot van doing nothing for an entire weekend.

Got to the FedEx Hub at 0825 waiting on my overnight package that tracking showed would be at the hub by 0900 only to be told truck was late from Indianapolis Indiana so it will be there sometime today. My tracking didnt update until after 0900. I understand delays happen but tracking should be UPDATED quicker. I called the 800 number for FedEx to see if I could add an email for updates and spoke to a rude lady with zero phone etiquette then at the end of the conversation she never hung up so I could leave my review....nice job Fedex, this package was a live animal. When you pay extra for overnight delivery you expect a little better service. My future will be with UPS

Disgusted by their service. Waited for package on date listed which isnt a problem but the FedEx driver then pulls in, sits for 10 minutes then leaves with out even trying to deliver package.... serious? 1. Why was it not attempted to deliver. 2. If your not going to deliver, then why are you coming on private property.Customer service is a Joke, no accountability.

I hate this company so much it makes my blood boil! I currently have 5 packages all from different places and all my packages claim to be delivered I have not received any of them! I always have problems with getting my packages from this facility it never fails! I wish I could opt out of ever having my packages delivered from this unreliable company every other company seems to never have a problem with delivering!

So aggravated! I have been awake since 3am, in my living room, and I receive an update that my delivery was attempted at 11:30 am and no one was available to receive it??? Ive been right here. They never attempted to deliver it. I could accept it if they just stated they didnt have time, but to blatantly lie and say they attempted infuriates me! 😡

Once again Im totally disappointed in their delivery standards my packages barely make it to my porch, I have to sit and look out the window all day because I never know where my package may end up. Once they were literally on my lawn, did not know they were delivered until I looked out the door SMH.....

The lady behind the counter took her time to greet me, then once she did she had an attitude in her tone of voice just because I asked her to actually do her job.

You delivered a box with a MAP taped to it... to the wrong house....after looking, I see my original review was deleted, where I talked about how the driver said they attempted to find the house but the roofers working said he didnt even slow down... dont worry I have it saved, ill keep posting it. I took screenshots of this one too, so, keep deleting them. Im sure itll look great.

Had to go here to pick up a package that was scheduled to be delivered 2 days prior. Had to reschedule things for 2 days and couldnt take a 3rd day off for something that may or may not arrive. The only excuse they could give me is the item missed the transfer. 1 time I can see but twice????

Fed Ex is the worst at deliveries! During the past 5 yrs I have yet to see them deliver to the correct door in my area

Nightmare. Last 2 packages that I have been waiting on delayed put on hold. Then going to be delivered on a certain day changed the date. One package was medication. And trying to actually get a person where packages are sitting is a no go.

Everyday I get an update that my package is out for delivery... everyday for a week now I get an update that my delivery is pushed to the next day. No one can tell me why because there is no customer service to talk to. I would personally never use FedEx but the seller I purchased from only uses them so what am I to do.

Spectrum sent me my installation package. It was marked as delivered today, when I check outside there was no package. I called and the lady who I spoke to said the driver left it outside and it must have gotten stolen. She stated that it was my fault and that I should have been more careful. Will not be using this service again.

I have been on hold with FedX for one hour and ten minutes. The moment Peter answered and ask me what I needed, I was disconnected, talk about frustration. I have called back and already on hold for 25 minutes. Ridiculous! I have a lost package and cant get help! I have the Ring Doorbell too and no FedX here to deliver anything at the time they say they delivered.

Horrible service, driver lied about delivering my package, customer service lied about calling me back with updates on whete package was and then after they realized driver lied about delivery they stopped taking my calls. Its always been a pleasure to pick up packages here. They call you within the hour from requesting to have package held for pick up at this location. Its a bonus when staff like Mrs. Monica is so welcoming of customers.

I was all good to go nice clean new box then say FedEx on it but it was still a nice box it was all packaged ready to go and according to this place I couldnt use my own box which doesnt make sense so they opened up my nicely clean taped up ready to go box only to pull all the contents out of it which was a lot and place it into their own box and then had the audacity to charge me for their own box because it had to say FedEx I have never in my life of all FedEx service shipping centers have I ever had to pull my contents out to put into their own signature boxes and then have to pay for them I think that was an outrage on their part I will not be back to that one Im pretty sure that theres got to be other ones even if I have to travel

Worse shipping process. Box is still sitting at there hub for the last three days because they say its to big to put on their truck. Driver said it would come on another truck two days ago still isnt here. Try to talk to a customer service and been on hold for 2hrs...

Very helpful to return a package

I received packages on Friday, March 27. Though the shipping label specifically said, Do not leave packages in the rain, thats exactly what they did. Boxes were SOAKED and contents were wet. Attempted to call the delivery office, and call and got the message, cannot be completed. I also have had packages delivered to the wrong address.

I cannot recommend this facility. I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered today. Upon checking the tracking number, I see that Delivery Exception: Arrived after Driver left facility was entered at 2:30pm. I call FedEx to see what this means, and when told that it would not be delivered today. While this is annoying, as it is a replacement for my broken Cell phone, I do understand that things happen, so I asked if I could instead go to the facility and pick it up in person. AT 5:30, I head to the facility to pick up my phone. However, when I ask, I am informed that it is in the last freight arrival, and even though 3 hrs have passed, they have NOT EVEN OPENED the freight containers yet, so I would not be able to pick up my phone. For a parcel and delivery company, this is unacceptable.

Went in on Saturday to return a broken router to AT&T. The instructions from AT&T were to walk into fed ex OR UPS show them the email from my phone and either facilty will gladly return my shipment, no need to even pack it up, the rude old lady behind the counter questioned why I waited till the last day to return it?????? Why does it matter to you? Got my package back, while she chuckled About her rudeness to the next customer in line.. meanwhile I went down the street to UPS where they took my router, scanned my email and told me to have a nice day. I HATE fed ex

Was expecting a package to be delivered on Saturday from these people, they loaded it on the truck at 3:52 am and sent it out for delivery. I did not receive my package and now can no longer track it any farther since it’s on some truck without any updates. They aren’t even giving me a new date for when it will arrive. I absolutely detest fedex and hope that this company gets destroyed by UPS which is a superior shipper and I have never had a problem with them.

I am not the youngest person in the world. I am also a woman. The fedex driver left my 4 large packages on the bottom floor and did not notify me that they would not take it upstairs to my place which is on the third floor. I came home late to see them on the first floor and afraid someone would take it I carried them upstairs. I wish they would have at least let me know because I could haves called for help. I get it, they didnt want to take them upstairs but a simple e-mail or message would have helped. I wish I could take a picture they are the size of a 50 inch flat screen tv box and they are heavy!! There were four of them. Plus we only have stairs no elevator.

I was told it was against policy and there was nothing they could do.... This is why I dont ship FedEx
