Clean store some guy did spill a gallon of paint on the floor but good overall

The sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. My pain selection was made along with the ceiling treatment for water damage and other items. The sale price was a pleasant surprise. Sherwin-Williams has always been the best place for paint and related supplies.

The young lady who waited on us was extremely helpful in explaining our choices and selections. She was very knowledgeable and willing to share her expertise in a very friendly manner. Excellent customer service from a young man by the name of Michael! the last review I left stated id never buy here again due to the horrible customer service i received last year; but Michael has redeemed the store! now THIS is what excellent customer service is all about, I will continue to buy here at this local Sherwin Williams just because of the service i received from Michael this morning!

Its definitely a good paint store, however the prices are a bit high. But if say its definitely worth it because it only takes about 1 and 1/2 coats of paint where Wal-Mart paint would take up to 4! So much easier and the paint lasts longer. And there are so many colors and and they are very nice looking. Multipurpose paint for all rooms.

The store is clean and organized. There is a large counter to rest items on while waiting for paint can mixing. The staff is very educated about the products and some have experienced knowledge about different issues in staining and painting. The staff is friendly and works together to answer customer questions.

The Sherwin Williams on Lyons is absolutely fantastic!! They offer coffee, hot chocolate or (since its fall) hot apple cider while you wait!The manager carried my heavy paint out to my vehicle, gave my pup a treat and even remembered stir sticks and a can opener! They are super awesome and I cant recommend their products enough!

Sherwin-Williams provides great customer service and quality products. I needed to repaint a wall and loved the paint color, a discontinued Lowes color from Laura Ashley called Gold 4. I tried to match it online elsewhere but the sample I received was all wrong. I went to Sherwin-Williams and learned from an associate that she can match any color. I took the hex code of the color and found its Sherwin-Williams match: Vintage Gold. I was so happy!

Good service, good access, great choices, can get personal attention and advice compared to Walmart etc. Important to support independent retailers. They have frequent sales when the products are cost/value competitive.

Customer service is wonderful and they give military discount but will let you know if there is a better deal.

Only one person working - he was on phone for a very long time with a call in customer while making the customers who came into the store wait. I saw 2 customers leaving in discuss. I was not even acknowledged.

Employees refuse to wait on customers, even when theyre not busy, Ive never seen the same employee in there twice, this has happened often, and 2 employees watched us walk without saying a word, I wont be back Update : after i was ignored, I went next door to Menards, where I was greeted and waited on immediately, they was more than happy to take my 1800.00 paint order, needless to say Menards will be getting all my business and referrals from now on, BTW, there was 2 other customers in Menards that couldnt get waited on in Sherwin Williams
