Walked into store, three employees of n corner near door, one at counter. I was shopping near the group who were talking about their personalities, what they like about each other, everything but helping customers - about 6 in store. After walking to the group twice, I left store. Unbelievable !!

Clean, great customer service. Organized, good sales. You can shop quickly. And I love that they wont keep you waiting in line. They wont hesitate to open a checkout up for you

Not a clean store, selection was poor, and the employees gathered in a group talking. Yes, we were greeted right away, but never approached again. And I thought this was an outlet store, but no outlet prices!

Those lge glass room deodorizers are the best and keep rooms fragnant for a long time. Better than the ones bought in stores.

This is where I get my favorite lotion and body wash also my body spray.

They always have great things for men. Stock up on all your toiletries for a great price.

This particular BBW is located in the Lighthouse Outlet mall in Indiana... Went there expecting lower prices and outlet deals... Its just like all of the other BBW stores in the city... No difference at all...Same prices, same sales... But I still love BBW...

The service was terrible. They were very pushy and always in my face asking me questions. Would recommend going to a different location. The products were nice.

Loved it. They have some really good candles. They also have some really good perfumes and shampoo and body wash.

I Love BBW, but the lady that waited on me didnt understand how to do my app coupons, argued with me that it was April & my coupons had expired. She then told me I owed her money, when the amount was the balance of my gift card remaining. Wont be back anytime soon.

The smells are great. Kinda overwhelming, need ventilation in the store. Can not smell any of the products to see if I want to buy or not.

Customer service was definitely lacking. The store was clean and organized. However, with covid there is a limit so not hard to keep the store maintained.I asked for help finding and certain candle and the employee wasnt very polite and said If we had it, it would be oj this table. And walked away. When I checked out I asked that employee at the register to ask someone if they could look for the candle, she abruptly said we dont have it. Cool. Thanks. When I put my product on the register to pay (candle sleeve) I realized it was broken and said I would grab another quickly. She then stared at me. Um okay.So yes, love bath and body. Wasnt impressed with the service at this location.

Always smells good and plenty of great deals on high priced items a lot of great candles at the dollar general store for 1/4 of the price and I think the containers are better But I guess it’s the name that we’re buying . The other stuff is great 👍

Although I LOVE bath and body works, I expected this OUTLET location to have more deals.It had almost no deals, I was disappointed. But I was able to get my free item coupon and nice candles as well. The wait to get into the store is confusing as we all wait in line for the cashiers anyway, in regards to COVID-19 precautions.Will be visiting again soon, hopefully more sale items and welcoming staff.

Wished they had a better selection of hand sanitizer scents but at least I was able to get some.

I had spent an hour at the Michigan City outlet when checking out I was going to use a check to make my purchase. But then was informed they do not accept checks anymore. This was not posted anywhere at the register. Lost a sale. If there is a change it has to be visible and readable so the customer will not waste their time.

Mind boggling cant wait to visit again!

Like this Outlet it has changed a little bit. Very nice friendly cheerful staff. Very clean store lot of different items to choose from. Had a lot of different plugins from the other stores that Ive been to. The lines was not long I did come on a Saturday. Some of the customers in the store was nice. And telling you about the experience that they had was some of the product. Which is helpful because sometimes you just cant go with the store employees telling you. Will be back here in a couple weeks.

I make sure we always stoppedby bath & body works when we shop at the lighthouse outlet mall. Sales associates are very friendly & acccomodating. Its just sad that this is the only store that sells the sensitized handsoap dispenser refills & stopped selling it too.i hope they bring it back! Other than that, I love bath & body works, always have good deals & promotions.
