I get so sick and tired of the pharmacist that like to play dr. When a doctor writes a prescription to be filled on a certain date the prescription should be filled. Even worse as none of the pharmacies in Walgreens networks go by the same rules its like each pharmacist makes it up whenever he decides to about when they will fill prescriptions that I get every month absolute nightmare they make it I never have any issues at any other Pharmacy Walgreens is just one big jokeI have never seen a bigger idiot for a pharmacist as the one I had the misfortune of dealing with at this location tonight.

I will never shop at your facility again and Im a weekly shopper. Im very sad to say that my boyfriend and I were racially profiled at your store location #04635 this morning at 12:20. I shop at this location at least 3 times a week and Ive never been treated so disrespectfully. I walked into your establishment and was greeted and asked if we needed any help. We declined and told her thanks for asking. We proceeded down to the refrigerated aisle to grab our favorite Arizona drinks. We turned around and there was the customer service agent in the photo lab department standing at the register. We began walking down to the candy aisle and there she was again pretending to straighten up magazines. My boyfriend brought it to my attention that she was following us again. He told me to walk over to the movie aisle to see what Halloween movies we could purchase. I saw my 2 favorite Halloween classic films on sale for $5.99 each. I grabbed Beetle Juice and Ghost Busters and began looking at some of the Halloween costume make up. Voila she was there again straightening up the end caps. I told my boyfriend we were putting our items down and leaving your establishment but he refused and told me that she wasnt going to run us off due to the color of our skin. We proceeded to checkout and she rung up our items. I gave her my money due in her hand. She grabbed my change and receipt from the register and placed it on the countertop. That is a customer service NO NO!! I couldnt believe my eyes. I thought maybe Im processing this wrong so I watched her behavior with my boyfriend; and again she placed his money and receipt on the countertop instead of in his hands. I couldnt believe it! So I told my boyfriend to go to the car so I could see her behavior with the two Caucasian women who were behind us. She rung up their order and handed them their receipt and change in hand. Wow! I exited your store and the two Caucasian ladies who were behind us told me she was sorry for the way we were treated. They were watching her the entire time profile us. She told us they were making a formal complaint as well and will never shop at that location again. I will never step foot into another Walgreens ever. Yes, Im black but my money is green just like everyone elses. Im switching pharmacies first thing in the am. Its very sad how divided our country is due to racism that I still cant get any peace from racism in Walgreens. I would recommend a mandated continuous cultural diversity course for all of your new employees. No one should ever be treated like we were or feel like we felt once we exited your facility. Shame on your employee Walgreens!

Lack of knowledge of insurance billing practices, didnt pay attention during transaction and I had to send my husband in after leaving in tears. Very embarrassing to have to walk out after failed transactions because the pharmacy clerk kept running an old card without asking, that was on the account from several years ago. Felt like I was being judged unfairly, like there was a bias because one of my prescriptions was for a narcotic. Very unpleasant experience, will choose a different pharmacy in the future.

Good place. But I hereby penalize them a star for not carrying Wheaties, my favorite cereal.

After being given the run around for 5 days at CVS I was able to get my prescription pain medication filled quickly but Walgreens.

Most of the staff is nice.
