They definitely know their stuff on phones and other electronics. Very kind and accommodating, I’ve been going to them since 2018, after being recommended by a cousin. I’ll go to them as long as they are in Michigan City!

I’m very bad with phones. I’ve always gone here in the past with just a simple cracked screen repair. Always quick work. I recently dropped my iPhone 7 in the store. Demolished the phone. It wouldn’t even turn back on. Fix My Fone was closed at the time so I went into two other businesses located in Michigan City. I was told it couldn’t be repaired. I eventually took it into Fix My Fone. I left it with him & in a couple of hours he had the phone working & in great shape. Very good prices. He knows his stuff. He always looks out for people and throws in extras far as phone cases, screen protectors for a great deal sometimes.

My screen was replaced SO QUICKLY and cheaper than anywhere else nearby!!

When 2 other phone stores couldnt help me & my last option was to risk losing my data or buying a new phone, the girl Miranda working there truly went above & beyond, and took the time to actually fix/reboot my broken phone❗And I did Not lose any important info I had❗🌸 Im so so thankful & appreciative to her ❗😁

Not only did they give me the lowest quote to fix my phone (which had a cracked screen) in northern Indiana they also fixed it within an hour. I would definitely go back here.
