This was our first time visiting this store yesterday afternoon. The staff was absolutely awesome. They were so helpful. Thanks to all of them for making our first visit so great. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I have loved the Lindor balls for more than 2 decades... Amazing chocolate... If you can find the Christmas balls, snag them... Worth every penny!

Luke walking into a chocolate dream! Store clerk was very friendly. You sanitize your hands and put on gloves before handling chocolate. They had a deal where you could get 100 chocolates for $30. I didnt get that only because it would be an excuse to eat them all myself! It would make great gifts for office gifts or Holiday presents!

We are from out of town live bout 4 hours away . Never been in this area was wanting to take my kids in to each by something and look around. Lady said we couldnt all go in cause then other people wouldnt be able to come in cause they can only allow 10 in their at a time. Then no more to 4 to a group. So me and my husband were going to each take two kids with us in. Their are 6 of us . Then she said as long we know what we wanted we could. How do we know what we want if we never been in there before but I was going to let my kids pick stuff out. So we basically got the hint she didnt want us in their so we left and didnt go in.

What the heck are you going to say about Big Balls of chocolate except, OMG this place is amazing! We made out like fat rats. We got a humongous bag of chocolate for a little more than twenty bucks. As a matter fact we still have some left oh, I never thought I would say this but Im a little sick of chocolate at this point. This is the best chocolate Ive ever had hands down!

They got good chocalate covered pine appal.They give free sampals. I like free.They have chocalate bars and chocalate drinks and chocalate to eat and chocalate to look at. They got chocalate balls to. I for got what those are called but if I dip mine at home they are chocalate balls to.

A fun shopping experience, but be prepared to spend some money.We went two days in a row, yes I know, and the first night we went we overspent because the woman was a little overbearing. she kept explaining to us how the prices worked, but was never clear enough to make us understand, so she was just sort of yelling the same thing at us over and over again without us even comprehending it.The next day we went back and we got less stuff and it was a pleasant experience. A good way to save money on some chocolate.

The sales staff leaves something to be desired, but the chocolate never does.Be sure to check out their European selections, discount candies (slight defects, usually, but still delish) and their amazing beverages. Well worth the trip.

Walked in for the second time this year thinking that the service would be better but I was wrong, the lady in there is just as rude as the last one was. Must be how they train their employees.

The chocolate is awesome but was a little upset with the lady at the counter upon checkout... my girlfriend grabbed the chocolates which took a minute and we were in a time crunch to leave... the lady put it on the scale and said we had 94 pieces... I watched her count it outside of the bag in which she counted 70 and said she gave us 75 and then with what was left over said there was 19 leftover and the scale was correct... I did not want to argue with her when I saw her count 70 and she saw I was frustrated and said it would be 9.50 for the remainder and she asked if we wanted her to recount the bag... long story short I left, went to the car and counted the chocolates to find there was in fact only 70.... just ridiculous you have to pinch 5 stupid chocolates from a purchase... didn’t realize I was purchasing gold my god.... won’t be back

Service was great. Store gives you 1 sample upon entering. This is my favorite brand of candy and am always delighted to venture out to this store. Beverly was the most delightful person during my visit. She knows how to make everything seem so good and desirable.

This store is the best store I have ever been to. We don’t have one near Chicago so well I was up in Michigan city I decided to go. Everyone was so sweet they’re even the customers the lady who run the staff was amazing I’m sad because I forgot her name so I can’t leave her a good review. Rude. This is the only fitting word I can use to describe the treatment I encountered here today. I entered this store with my little son. We were first met by a lady carrying a tray of chocolate truffle samples and we were asked if we would like to try a sample. We said, Yes, please! and the lady handed me one. Then, my son did what children do. He did not wait to be given a sample, but instead, stritched out his hand toward the sample tray to grab a truffle. The lady carrying the tray jumped backwards pulling the tray away and gave my little child the meanest look. Yes, my little son should have waited, but come on. What he did was not deserving of that reaction. You need to train your staff to show some kindness, especially towards children.

The chocolate is phenomenal. The staff was extremely rude. While filling out their entry form, an employee stopped us and said “You can’t fill that out. You have to be 18.” We proceeded to show them our ID’s being well into college. Throughout the rest of shopping there, we were treated so badly. Never going back.

The female staff who carried a sample tray was very rude. My little one picked up one piece of chocolate and told us Its a heart! She ran to us and knocked the shelves soundly, letting my little one put it back. We were so surprised by her rude behavior. Why cant a little customer pick up the merchandise on your open shelves??? Why Lindt hired such a staff who didnt know respect customers? Never going back!!!

A friend and I were in town and wanted Starbucks; however it wasnt opened yet. Lindt was next door so we have it a shot. The coffee mixed with their choclate was not good. It was extremely bitter. We were the first ones to order coffee so we waited while they brewed the first pot. While we were waiting 2 other women came in and ordered coffee. They served them first even though they came in and ordered after us. It was extremely rude. Would never recommend this place or product.
