Quality furniture, great staff!

Store personnel, Yvonne was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. She said the delivery men were knowledgeable and friendly and they would respect our house and follow current covid precautions (as she did). She was correct. We do so little in store shopping during this year but were pleased with the shopping experience

Ive been purchasing from this store if they have an item that I like, for many years. The prices are always competitive and fair. The staff is very knowledgeable of their products. I will return the next time I plan to purchase furniture.

My husband and I have driven over 40 miles to buy at this store, three chairs, complete bed set, couch and never have been disappointed. Great service, follow-up and even offered help with warrenty on a chair we bought at another store. We plan on seeing them again very soon, with our next room update.

Great employees that deliver on time and professional. Ive had a few issues that were taken care of promptly with my purchased warranty.

Customer service was nice but I didnt like the selection of furniture

What a worthless company. Took months after ordering our furniture to get them after they gave us a set date and also after them asking us to lie for them to the finance company saying we received the couches so they can get paid early. Our mistake on lying for them will never make that mistake again. After a month of having our couches finally got our ottoman and its about 6 inches shorter then the couch itself and about 3’x2’ theres no use for it all. Will never recommend evergreen furniture. Worthless company.

I bought a La-Z-Boy Uptown set and Ive loved it. Great service, delivery. Loved the big La-Z-Boy fabric selection to pick out accent pillows 👍🏼

I am very familiar with this place, as a property manager for that area i know this place well, they just sell new furniture, and they sell very good name products like La Z Boy, Besy Home Furnishings and several other brands, they also have a sevice department that they can sevice what they sell, the staff is knowledgeable about the products and the business is locally owned and has been in business since 1994

Purchased a clearance La-zy-Boy leather reclina-rocker from Evergreen, the padding and comfort of the chair was exactly what we were looking for. The display had a blemish on the arm so they said they could give us a brand new one out of the box, the chair was delivered to a relative who lives nearby the store and when we finally were able to pick it up and get it home a week later and sat in it, it sat totally different, the padding is almost overstuffed like and pushes your body and forward and is very uncomfortable. I called the store and they said they couldnt or I should say wouldnt do anything about it because number one they will only return an item unless it is on the same day of delivery and also said the display might have been out for a year or 2 and that is why it sat different! So that means the chair after a year or 2 is going to be a totally different chair and after another year will be a piece of junk! What does that say about the quality of Lazy Boy! Dont spend your money at this store, they offer no resolution and leave you with junk.

Have been doing business with Evergreen furniture for over 10 years and have always been a satisfied until our most recent purchase. Called Evergreen to let them know our lift up coffee table top broke while playing cards. Thank goodness the very heavy top did not strike either of my young grandsons when it fell. Manager explained to take pictures and he would contact the manufacturer to see what could be done as they “always back their products”. Very disappointed when the manager called to let me know that after reviewing the pictures he has no idea how this happened and has never saw anything like it in all his years of work in the furniture industry. Speaking to the manager made me feel like I was lying because he did not understand how this could happen. I was informed that they would not replace but charge me to have the item picked up and brought to the shop for repair. After spending close to $4,000 on a complete living room set I would have expected more. There are many other stores that would be glad to receive my money as I will no longer do business nor recommend Evergreen Furniture in the future.

Two weeks after delivery our Lazy Boy furnitures fabric started to pill, and nub. We have no pets only hubby and I and a baby. This is our condo by the lake so it gets infrequent use. This furniture should have lasted for years.We asked for a new set or our money back($3000). They said it wasnt a fabric defect and they wouldnt be doing anything about it.

What a great comfortable place to buy furniture! I was looking for a chair for a friend; all the other stores had months to wait and zero customer service. Jim was helpful and knowledgeable (hes been in the business a thousand years, give or take..) The store has good inventory on hand for those who need something before the holidays. When Jim not on the floor, Yvonne is there to give you excellent service too. I had my chair right away thanks to Evergreen.
