I lOVE Naturally Wood Furniture Center in Michigan City, IN.I bought my amazing and oh so comfortable couch there, kitchen table and chairs, Country style island for my kitchen, office desk and printer stand for my home office, and soon Ill be going there for a new recliner to match my couch :) Great prices and the staff is very nice and helpful.

I had bought a couch less than two years ago that unfortunately had broken, in visiting the store a couple weeks ago, an associate went out of her way to search the transaction and see to it that something could be done with the couch. Less then a week later Allen had the couch picked up and the very next day repaired! I had the couch back in less than three days. I appreciate all that was done and the speed at which everything was fixed. Thank you!

Spent good money on a sofa it broke within 3 months took over 2 months just to get someone from the store to look at it. They told us we would have a 3 week wait for parts and now going on another 3 months the other half of my sofa is breaking and the the original break has yet to be fixed.

We’ve been customers of Naturally Wood since 2013 and this is the only place we will buy furniture from! The prices are affordable, they offer many flexible payment options and have great quality furniture. There’s not a piece of furniture I don’t like. The owner/manager Linda has always been very helpful. I really like this store and so does my husband.

I was looking for a New sofa. I went to theNaturally Wood Furniture website I applied for credit online. Got approved quickly. Like minutes. I was looking at the sofas. I had questions. Called the store . I was talking with Lisa. (Shes Absolutely Amazing 👏) She invited me to the store. To see what they had. I went in. Picked my sofa. My sofa was delivered in days. 🥰 The delivery men were Absolutely Amazing. My sofa is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend shopping here. I know that is where I plan on shopping in the future.

We furnished nearly our whole home from here, but this recent interaction led us to never shop here again. Repeat mistakes with our order, terrible, really awful communication and bad service. Leaving this review after many phone calls and attempts to resolve.Other reviews mention getting the display model without being told and same thing happened to us also

This is a great local business that provides complimentary delivery (depending on your location). Our couch arrived in great condition with the delivery. The guys delivering were very friendly and were in and out in under 15 minutes. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We just bought a sectional and it was a great experience. Linda helped us out and even had it delivered on the same day! The prices were reasonable and I loved that no one was pushy. Ill definitely go back if I need more furniture.

Bought my new sofa

Shopped here because my parents did, and they were always happy. Really pretty couch! Purchased the warranty, made a warranty claim when the wooden structure failed in October and it wont be fixed until after Christmas. The cushions lost their shape six months in, but the warranty doesnt cover that. Would expect this kind of early wear at a discount retailer. Really disappointed.

I purchased a dining table, chairs and server by manufacturer International Furniture Direct from this store about 2.5 years ago. Upon delivery the table and server were scratched. When I called the store to complain I was told that #1, rather than order a new server I was delivered the one from the showroom floor and #2, that the imperfections were characteristic of the type of material they were made from. However, they did come out and take to a workshop to TRY and remove the scratches. Now, 2.5 years later, the table has begun to chip all over and looks atrocious. Of course, since I purchased the furniture protection insurance I call to file a claim. The claim was denied because it was deemed an ongoing problem. I am now stuck with a table, which I initially liked very much, but can no longer have in my dining area because it looks horrible!!! And mind you, we very rarely ever used this $1,000 table because my husband and I eat on our kitchen island. So my only recourse is to PURCHASE A NEW TABLE!!!!! And, the server is still scratched but I have decor on it to cover them.

Some of prices seem very fair. I thought, based on the name, that there were homemade furniture pieces...in reality, they carry furniture by nationally known manufacturers. Employees were helpful and not pushy.

Very helpful staff. Your basic, comfortable, affordable furniture. I bought beautiful bedroom set, very expensive looking finish, very happy with it. Prompt delivery- it was easy to arrange.

I was jerked around by bigger stores like American Freight (never go there) until I came here. I purchased a beautiful reclining couch on a Saturday that was promptly delivered that Monday for free! Staff is very friendly and they dont make you feel hounded while trying to look around. If I could rate them 6 of 5 stars I would.

A good place to buy furniture at decent price

I bought a bedroom set and was sneakily given the display without my authorization. When I asked if they had in stock, I was told they had plenty. The day that I purchased the bedroom set, the associate said he had to go to the warehouse to get the furniture. I discovered why it took so long was because they were taking the bed apart. This is not the first time this has happened. A relative bought a dining table and the day he went to pick it up, the one on the floor display was gone. Be alert if you plan on buying from this place.

They were competatively priced in comparison to identical peices in Valparaiso but would not negotiate at all (less than $80.00 on an over $1,000.00 dollar peice on a cash price. Like anywhere some peices seemed better quality than others.
