Very impressed with the service I received today. There was only one person working, and they managed everyone that came in very well. I was there for a while (because nothing is easy for me) and saw nothing but kindness and helpfulness the whole time.

Horrible customer service. I call them during their support hours of operation and the computer says they are closed and then locks me out of my account

Went up to up grade my wifes 6 to a new SEv2. Were told she could get a iPad for only $200 too. A great deal so she said yes. Long story short after spending about a hour at the counter while the agent was on the phone correcting errors we got the new phone and iPad. When home, I learned it was a cellular iPad, which we did not want and so I checked my next bill on the Verizon site I learned that we were charged $459 plus set up for the iPad, not $200 and that were charge double $80 vs $40 of the phone set up.The next day the store did reluctantly take the iPad back, but refused to work to correct the Verizon bill errors...said we had to do that.Dealing local is not easy in this case.

So I ordered a phone Sunday was told 2 day shipping its been 5 now still no phone in.... everytime I call i get someone who act like its to much to ask of them to check if its their and then i wait to even speak to someone for over an hour very disappointing they need to train their employees better about customer service not just have whoever work because thats what it felt like
I want to express my deepest appreciation to Chad, Kim, Jason and Kaitlin for their patience in setting up mine and my wifes cell phones as well as updating our Verizon account. I also want to thank them for the time they took to explain Home. I was having major problems connecting it to whatever...and saw no way out except to have my purchase refunded. Chad spent an inordinate amount of time to set-up my account, the machine etc. Im now enjoying it pleasures. Everyone was very patient, gracious and COMMITTED to being helpful. A great place to shop. Staff is less than helpful. Pushy sales oriented atmosphere. Should be easy to just go in and buy a quality phone charger- one would think. Not the case here, they want you Under Contract With Verizon and THEY CAN GET YOU STARTED TODAY!!
This place is awesome. My whole family got outfitted with upgrades and a bunch of other changes in one day. Chad and Kim were very patient and helpful. They got me the best deal possible and were very friendly and helpful during a difficult time in our lives as a family. I also learned a lot from Chad as he makes it his objective to know everything required to be a professional geek and all around good guy.
Kim has been a great help to us. She has exceeded all expectations for customer service. She has helped us with many things such as equipment issues and phone content transfers. She has even assisted us after hours off sight. Because of Kims exceptional service we will continue as a family to go to this store to specifically work with Kim.Thank you for all your help Kim
This Verizon store is AWESOME!! Kim has helped me on more than one occasion (ok, more like several times) and has been so helpful and patient!! This staff is terrific!!! I highly recommend going to this location for anything. This is by far, the best location Ive ever been to and Ive been a customer for over 12 years.
Interesting when you have been A Verizon customer for 18 years and you walk in the Middlebury store to ask a question and the person behind the counter yells mam we are really backed up it is going to be at least an hour . I was speechless. I have never had such poor customer service. I walked out. Seriously thinking of changing service. Rhonda
Shortly after moving to Vermont in July 2019, it was necessary to switch from ATT to Verizon as there was no reliable ATT signal. Verizon would not import my unlocked Samsung Note 8. Told that I would only be paying a couple hundred dollars to make the upgrade to the Note 9 as a credit would be made to my account for turning in the brand new Note 8 and they would issue a $200 Visa Gift Card. SEVEN MONTHS AND STILL NO GIFT CARD. (Also had to replace my case and car charger due to the slight size difference.) Been to this store SEVEN times over SEVEN MONTHS and told every time that they are working on it. I work night shift and have been greatly inconvenienced. Its insulting being lied to and strung along. Dont do business here.
Kaitlin (sp?) was so helpful! She was very and kind and welcoming. Every question I had she had a specific answer and delivered it with confidence and respect. I had gone to the Williston branch the previous day and had not gotten great service. When I went to Middlebury, it was a whole different story and I was blown away with her attentiveness. I have never written a review before but she was so great, I had to!
The best service I have ever had at a Verizon store. I first went to another store in the area and got the usual sales pitch on how I needed a new phone even after I told him I didnt want a new phone... just options. The hard sell was pushed again so I left. Kim told me options that I didnt know I had with the insurance. I had a new phone the next day that was the same as the one I had but not broken!! She is AWSOME!!!!
I had a complicated issue that took the combined expertise of Kim and Chad, who performed like a well-oiled machine. My problem with replacement of my old phone and transfer of my old data was solved at a reasonable cost. Thank yall!
Well I love these guys so much they are wonderful to work with they got me a new phone when I thought I didnt have the credit to do so I got a free tablet I mean it was $40 to activate it but so worth it and they helped me get my sister on my plan so she could get a apple watch I definitely would go back
Chad was outstanding in clarifying my options for changing plans on our four-phone family plan. Courteous, clear, matter-of-fact, and friendly. I would recommend him--and his store--to anyone.
I came into the Middlebury store a few minutes before closing time and desperately needed help as my phone wasnt working and it is my lifeline! The representative Chad was truly helpful as he not only fixed the issue on my phone but he also showed me some new apps I wasnt aware of that will help me in my day to day. He stayed well past closing to make sure my issue was resolved and completely saved the day! Verizon is lucky to have him.
Ray and the crew at the store were able to find a creative solution to my problem and made a usually stressful visit to Verizon simple and efficient. I highly recommend going here for their service and expertise. Hopefully I wont have any more issues with my phone but I know where Ill be going if I do. Thanks Ray!

My husband and I went to this GoWireless store after having a terrible customer service problem with our (now former) carrier, AT&T. After meeting Kim and explaining our situation, we realized that we were in good hands. She presented numerous possible plans for our family, which included Verizon’s current deals, discounts and costs. Kim printed out a copy of each one so we could compare, discuss and make a decision that was right for us. When we returned to finalize our plan choice, we found that Kim had investigated another discount that applied to our situation, this being a substantial Military discount, which includes veterans! During the set up of our Verizon account and new phones Kim was assisted by Chad. They made a complicated transaction seem smooth and easy. Next time I’m at Staples I’ll pick them up an EASY Button! Thank you Kim and Chad... the quintessence of GOOD customer service!

I met Chad a few years ago, in the Verizon store in Williston. I bought a phone and he gave me his number in case I had any questions, which I thought was very nice of him. Glad he did, I called him when I needed a new phone. He said he was still with Verizon Wireless, but he was working in the Middlebury store, which was a hour away from me...I took the drive.Not only did he remember me, and our conversations from before, he sold me another great phone, explained everything to me that I needed to know...And, one that I can afford and fits my lifestyle. YOU want a great, knowledgeable person to deal with...TAKE THE DRIVE...I did...and would do it again...Chad is the Best!

Im using my phone as a wifi hotspot, but the connection is slow and frequently cuts out. Stopped here for suggestions about what options I might have. Total sales pitch the entire time, trying to get me to buy an expensive hotspot device that when pressed she admitted probably would not improve the signal strength and would require me to pay a line access fee per month for it. When I said no that seems like a waste of money, she attempted to scare me i to it claiming my phone would burn out from using it as a hotspot, telling me a story about her Verizon trainer who went through a new phone every 6 months from using it as a hotspot. When I got home I did some research online and found out that story is a typical sales tactic... Never going to this store again.
If you go, make sure to ask for Kim Brace. Shes the best!

Recently I had purchased my iPhone 6 plus through Verizon. I had some issues regarding Wifi Calling. So I called Verizon directly after almost an hour of frustration no one was able to help me. I decided to go to my local Verizon outlet that being GoWireless. Within 5 minutes Kim had resolved my issue and I was back in business. Kim is in asset to both Verizon and Gowireless I wont be going anywhere else to purchase anything regards my phone.
I have been to 3 other Verizons in the Burlington area and none of them could help me with my email sync issues. I was down in the middlebury area and figured I would stop in and see if maybe this store could help me. Chad was very calm and helpful even though I was less than composed and told me he would make sure and get the emails signed in and synced with my calendar. 15 minutes later, all was well and all 3 emails were setup and running. He even recommended a better case for my phone.I live in charlotte but will be driving down to middlebury from now on! Your company is lucky to have a representative like Chad! Some of us arent very good with technology

Do NOT go to this store! Very deceptive sales practices. Kim told me my new phone came with a case and conveniently left out the fact that it was at a cost of $40. I was also told there was an activation fee that was actually a $40 help set up my phone fee which consisted Kim of placing her sales business card on the phone and nothing else. Throughout the entire experience I was being pushed one gimmick after the next. Anyone who had a good experience at this store I guarantee you were charged and upsold without your knowledge. I had to go back to the store twice before getting the truth from another employee. The first time I went back in with a question about the bill, Kim lied and said the setup fee was the Verizon activation fee, which it was not. Go to a REAL verizon store so there isnt any third party upselling.
