This store employees have great customer service. They were very professional and polite during placing my order. I could not get down to the store because I do not drive, so I was able to complete verification paperwork from my home! That was a great feeling. Jim emailed me paperwork and I sent him my documents to be verified. The delivery process was smooth. The workers worked very fast to hook up my washer and dryer. The explained to me how to use the items that I ordered.Jim gave me a discount on my items which was a result to me saving on my bill month to month. I recommend you checking this store out for what you need. Great quality items. I will order with them again. The curtsy calls are great as well. I will shop again!

I have been renting off of Dean the manager since I was 16 and he had rent a center.I RENTED a pioneer stereo. I am now 53 and still rent. I like renting its almost like having insurance while you pay. Hes always been awesome about finding me what I want or need and quick to respond. I can just message him. I JUST ordered a couch through him.He has always been good to work with me if I have s problem just dont lie to him or run from him and he will work it out. Just communicate. Ask for Dean. If I have a problem I ask for Dean.I will only rent from here. I have since moved to xenia and I rented from Rent a center here and sent it back and went back to zDeans store norther what the name is.Hes areally nice guy.Great store and will get you what you want. So Ive known Dean and jim since I was a little one..over 15 years never once have I seen them lose there temper on an customer or employee.. I really would highly recommend rentmart.. when you walk into the building your greeted with smiles(makes you feel welcome)!! They are quick (some people in a hurry)!! They get what you want(people want what they want)!! They dont hound you(harassing phone calls like other places)!! If you have a problem they help(everybody has problems sometimes)!! I sincerely love everybody that has worked there and currently still do Im sure Ill be a customer for life!!
