We had two front awnings recovered and they look lovely hanging over our front door and bow window. The craftsmanship, customer service and installation, prior to an important family weekend, were all much appreciated!

I was impressed by their quick turnaround of an lettered entrance awning. Another company i had used in the past quoted 10 weeks, but Kinser did it in about three. Good quaiity and just as I had ordered.

Aaron came out first week of March, took some measurements and said he would have a quote within couple days. He actually sent the quote the next day and we gave the green light. End of month for materials to come in and he was correct. He installed the awnings on April 1. He was in and out. We absolutely love the awnings. Great accent to house and blocks midday sun as hoped. Very happy with the awning replacement on the back of our house. Communication was great as well. Our house was not in their general service area but they went out of their way to help us out anyways. Would definitely use this company again.

Aaron came out described all the options and was very professional. He patiently answered all my questions. My quote came within 36 hours. Day of installation I was impressed with the thorough construction, the attention to detail and clean up. He took the time to wipe down the shipping dirt and touch up paint any minor areas before leaving me with a beautiful usable new space. The next day 60 mile an hour winds came with massive rain, didn’t faze the awning at all. I’ve since grilled out in the rain :-) Kudos to Aaron and his team!

I dont write reviews often, because Im not often impressed, however, I couldnt be more thrilled with the service and product I received by Kinser. I was impressed by their customer service, prompt arrival for appointment times and their installation team was one of the nicest and cleanest teams Ive ever worked with. They installed our amazing new awning and when they left the area was as clean as when they arrived - maybe cleaner. I couldnt recommend them more. I will definitely use them again!
