I had the awning in September of 2019 and paid $4300 for it. In early July 2021 the awning tilted to one side. I called Mike of Awnings on the Side and left a message. About a week later he returned my call but I missed his call. After calling and leaving a message a few times I finally got Mike on the phone in mid August. He said he would call me Monday and give me the date he would have me on his work list. He has not called. Its now into September and I went online and found out how to fix the problem myself.Not good service

Every person we dealt with at Eclipse was professional. John and Tyler were especially helpful and we highly recommend their awnings. Additionally we have used their new drop screen product for our indoor golf simulator and it has held up beautifully after a busy season!

I have 3 large Eclipse awnings in Scottsdale, AZ... all 3 have had a least 1 arm fail at the attachment. While they are covered by warranty, they are inoperative for a couple of months. As of April 3, 2019 the local Phoenix dealer is out of business (Awning by Design), so there is no local service. While the factory support remains, you are really on your own with a product that does not last.

We bought our Eclipse Shading system, which are retractable screens through a local dealer. Our issue was that we got full morning sun on our back patio which has two large openings and very high ceilings. These Eclipse shades are wonderful. They help keep our home cooler with the shade, we can see through them, somewhat, to still see the trees out back and they provide extra security and privacy. The railings on the sides keep them in place when the wind blows strong and they look very nice. I love that the are easily raised and lowered with a remote control. When I had an issue, their customer service department was top notch at helping me research my issue and it was resolved. I recommend Eclipse Shading Systems.

Purchased one of their motorized zip shades a year ago and was so pleased with it we ordered two more this year. Terrible product, works well for only a short period of time however they are held together by duck tape and fall apart, warranty doesnt men anything to them as they will chock whatever your problem is up to user error. Only thing worse then the customer service is the product itself

I bought interior shades for all my rooms in my house and I love them! Most of them provide excellent light even when down to also provide privacy. The dark gray shade is a black out shade and works wonderful!! I would recommend these shades to anyone who needed shades that are totally affordable and look great. I get many compliments on the shades all the time.

We live in Arizona and own an Eclipse Awning that is approximately five years old. Recently we had issue with a broken arm and contacted our provider/installer for service. After 3 weeks of waiting it became apparent that the provider/installer was going out of business. My husband contacted Eclipse Shading Systems and spoke with Tracy Griffin whom was professional, understanding and very helpful. We provided the information that she requested and she immediately FED-EX the the part from New York that we required. We cant thank Ms. Griffin and her company enough. Thats Customer Service!
