This shop is great! My shift cables were worn out and in short order they had replaced and adjusted them so they are like new again.They have a sweet selection of hardtail and other bikes and gear too.

Always reasonable service and creative solutions, especially when I encountered issues with an accessory that was purchased elsewhere!Selected a new bicycle from a short list that I had in mind in late August 2014. Staff worked with me to narrow down my selection - knowing the type of riding I do - and suggested a handlebar accessory that makes lengthy rides easier.Already have many miles on new bicycle! Great ride.

Excellent service today. Replaced my husband’s broken inner tube in minutes and installed new bike helmet mirror for me. Really helped us out, as this was Day 1 of a 3 day trip and we don’t have a car with us.

Bob was a huge help on our last camping trip to the area. On the way up my daughters bike fell off the bike rack and got dragged down the highway. We had planned a bike trip by ferry to Block Island the following day. We brought her bike to Bob, and within hours he had fixed it and we were ready to go! Crisis averted. His prices were reasonable too. Thanks again Bob. Couldnt recommend Pedal Power enough.

Pedal Power is my go-to bike shop on Aquidneck Island. Not only did the folks there give me a great deal on a new bike, theyve also sold me various accessories for less than I would have paid on Amazon. All that, plus theyve never tried to upsell me.Clearly, Pedal Power has broken the code: great prices + great customer service = return business.
