This stored used to have funko pops. Now they have a barely stocked wall of funko pops. I uses to go for Mystery minis and Tokidokis but also neither to be found.

Awesome experience! We all know that HT is very lgbtq+ friendly but Brianna (hope I spelled that right) made it extra fun! She was just so fun and nice to talk to! it was an overall great experience!

Store is packed with awesomeness. Always need to stop when at the galleria. Store always clean bright and organized with extremely helpful staff. Plus they usually have some special buy one get some percentage off.

Went to pick up a gift card for my granddaughter and ended up picking a couple of things out for myself. Have to look around staff is very nice and you might find something that strikes your interest.

Love this store always finding stuff that are crazy cool jewelry, clothes, makeup pop up characters all sorts of crazy stuff I cant go to my local mall without stopping by the store and sometimes you get coupons for buying stuff for later purchases its a great store and the staff is awesome plus they have an online store so your not limited to the physical store its great and their always getting new stuff. The first picture is of jewelry Ive gotten from the store and the second is one of the coupons and just so you know you get multiple coupons and you can combine them so if you have 4 of them you can use all of them on one order so the store is that cool check it out if you like semi goth Rock and roll type style stuff youll love this store I promise although I didnt think Id like it cuz Im not into goth or heavy metal type stuff but I love this store

I went in with my friend at 2:30 yesterday and the store clearly only had 7 people inside. I walked in first and then my friend followed after. Both with masks, both following social distancing protocol. Following this, an employee snidely remarked with an angry tone Were only allowing one final person in here, so you have to go. Clearly pointing at me. My friend then asks What about me? He then says You can stay. Why? Because I dont look like a typical client and my friend does, so he thinks I was dragged in after her? Thats so dumb, so much for buying merch. I am never coming here again.

Usually do a lot of shopping here, but I walked in today with a drink and was yelled at in the nastiest attitude as soon as I stepped in to get out because no food or beverages are allowed. I understand I was unaware of the rule and I respect their reasoning considering the state of businesses at the moment, I am in no way trying to fight their rules, but there was no need to be screamed at to get out and make a scene in front of the store, they could have told me in a normal tone that I need to come back without any beverage. I did not utter a single word nor did I fight back, yet everyone in the business turned their head towards me because of the scene the employee made. Very unprofessional, usually I would ignore this situation as a single isolated incident, but the exact same male employee also spoke very disrespectful to me in the past when I wanted to use one of the changing rooms some time ago. I asked to try on a single pair of pants, tried them on in the changing room, then brought them to the register. The guy SAW me walk in with one pair of pants and then accused me of stealing because I had a bag on me. Other than that one guy, I love shopping here and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but I will not be returning after the unprofessional manner that the employee screamed at me today.

I am so mad at the Middletown NY store. The guy sold me 2 of the blind bag. I thought that since it was a clearance/ final sale item it would be something cool. It cost $4. When I open them they both were tiny little corgi cards that def aren’t worth $4. Not just my opinion. They actually had a price tag for $3.99 on them. So not only wasn’t it a good deal on merch. But it was a markup. However small. You guys are so rude. Lesson learned I won’t buy your silly deals and will be less likely to go to the store.

Always always always the nicest people in the mall no matter what time of day you go in there. No matter what, they are always helpful and friendly. Ive been in several different locations and its the same friendliness every time. Wish they can hire people like this at the supermarket. Nice items for current and vintage icons and themes. There is so much to look at if you need a gift for a fanatic. Cannot emphasize how friendly the atmosphere is in here. Please dont ever change!

Awesome little place, great merch, and super friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere, too. Really felt at home here. I also bought this sweet figure from them a few months back. They sell figures from Banpresto, one of the greatest figure manufacturers in the world. Its like a little taste of Japan in my room. If you want anything related to anime, Marvel, DC etc. U gotta go to Hot Topic. Amazing 😍👌

Went in with Friends that had ordered on-line and received the totally wrong order inside a box not marked as Hot Topic. They were extremely rude, claimed the issue was resolved with customer service. Male staff claimed he was the manager and had immediately returned everything to the floor to resell. We were unable to get documentation that it was turned in to store.When Friend called customer service, there Was No Record that she had received the Wrong Package and turned it into store. The figurine that was supposed to be under the tree for a very close special friend was out of stock or shipped to her at no charge? Wow! Two different responses from store manager (female) and manager/supervisor on phone from customer service.Because the figurine that was reshipped due to Their Error, they have now billed for that too.Have a Merrier Holiday and STAY AWAY FROM A DIRTY, DISORGANIZED, RUDE ESTABLISHEMENT.

I asked an associate one question over the phone, if she had a specific item. She said “I don’t know we probably do, was snobby about it, but sounded like she didn’t know. she told me to come in and check and I asked if she could just look and let me know instead of me coming all the way there. she hung up on me after telling me again that I could come in or call in the morning. Very unhelpful and extremely rude!! I called for help and she treated me like she didn’t need the sale and I was not human.
