I was home with my kids, very cold, and he came very fast and gave us heat. The owner, Gino, is wonderful! HE delivered the oil himself! I have been with a lot of companies, he by far is the best. So sad some people abuse the kindness in this world, but, he and his business display the treatment of a great, kind, honorable American business. Been ordering from them since last winter and they easily have the best customer service out of the companies in my area. I had an emergency not too long ago and needed oil same day on a very cold day where they were extremely busy. They still were able to deliver a full tank for me within a few hours. These guys are the best and will stand by their promise to beatr any price in the area. They also care about senior citizens and veterans. Its nice to see a local company that still does that.
