Having to take your vehicle back to the dealership is never fun. Especially when you know youre gonna have an expense that hits you out of the blue. They do try to make it not such a horrible experience and get you in and out quickly so you can get on with your life. What more could you reasonably ask of them?

Contacted dealership as owner requested about the dealerships mistake and they refused to let me speak to GM Omar as owner requested then proceeded to tell me they couldnt do anything about their mistake because the mistake was made at the end of June and I was just notified of it mid september and they have blown me since ive contacted the sales man when i learned about their mistake and now they say its been to long for them to correct it.... Should have stayed with all American cheverolet.... Theybdid contact me to let me know they wasny gonna do anything to correct it
