The sleep expert Daniel was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He was courteous and kept a respectable distance from us all while being extremely helpful. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Laura and I couldnt be happier with our product.

The store was great. However, the delivery setup guys were horrible. I thought it was setup right after over an hour. Then, the two bases werent synced right. We had to call support at least 3 times. They left wires hanging on the floor under the bed. The USB ports have no power to them. One under bed light works on one side, the other doesnt at all. So after spending all this money and waiting over 2 weeks for it to be delivered, still doesnt work right. Now we have to wait for them to send someone else out to fix this mess. We already spent so much money on this bed and they cant even set it up right for us and leave us with a mess.

I called this place last night 15 mins before closing and the manager on duty went over and beyond and waited for us and even had my order that we discussed ready for me in the back without even knowing if I would even show up.. This was a last min request and she was able to accommodate me to help a family of 5 that we had help earlier that week with our Law Firm with food and utilities we noticed that the mom of 4 kids were all sleeping on the floor.. So with that being said me and some other staff members decided we were gonna go back ourselves and take these families at least some mattress to sleep on and thats exactly what we did. Thank you to the manger on duty that night for hearing the situation and go that extra mile to help on a cold night.. God Bless..

Purchased the Medium Tempur-Proadapt Twin XL king & Smart Base. Had problems with delivery as Mattress Firm uses a 3rd party delivery service who know nothing about product nor customer service thus making Mattress Firm look bad.Slept 1 night or tried to on this foam mattress but could not as it sinks to certain point then it’s hard.Met with store personnel who advised we must keep it for 21 days before exchanging why?In my opinion do not buy the foam top mattresses if you have tendency to have hip or back aches as this will only intensify the pain. Stick with regular mattress etc.We are waiting now on the Midland store to decide what they’re going to do. We have started the FTC federal 3 day return rights also and advised credit card company to place dispute on charge of $9200+. Yeah they’re expensiveIMO stick with regular mattresses as it appears these guys do not adhere to pleasing you the customer.

My experience with this Mattress Firm on Loop 250in Midland was superb and informative customer service by the store manager, Brandy. She was extremely knowledgeable with the products available and demonstrated the upmost professional and congenial attitude to all those who entered the store or by phone. She deserves recognition for her efforts by from upper management! I am thrilled with both my purchase and experience!

I was ready to go somewhere else based on my online experience with a set I wanted from Mattress Firm. I decided I would give Mattress Firm one last chance and go into a store location. Frankly I was primed for an arguement since the sale started at MattressFirm.comI was soooo blown away at the service and process to complete my purchase!!! I look forward tomaking more purchases at the Loop location in Midland Texas.The Manager actually listened and resolved my troubles with the purchase. Wow!!! We walked into mattress firm after a disappointing experience at another retailer. We were helped right away and overall very happy with the experience.

Respectfull & efficient

We went in with a clear goal and told the sales person; “We want the cheapest queen mattress and box spring you have.” She told us, we liked the price, did the deal, went around back and loaded it up. No try to upsell, no haggling, no drama. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service and best prices in town

A salesperson persuaded us into purchasing the 9 inch box spring saying that we would want a higher bed because were tall people. What a mistake! Our matress is now higher than the headboard. We knew immediately that we werent satisfied so we called the store after ONE DAY and were told theres nothing they can do. Absolutely ridiculous after spending $6000! Poor customer service

Searched Midland for 3 days for a good deal on a mattress that meet my comfort needs and my cheap budget. Needless to say my search stored here. Allison was very helpful without being pushy. And she gave me a deal I would have been a fool to pass up. Thank you so much, I havent slept this good in a while.

Very informative

In the store our experience was professional and safe. However, the person in the store failed to tell us that in order for an old mattress to be hulled away the delivery people must come into your house (we also did not receive any paperwork stating this fact). Because we wish to not infect our at-risk loved ones during the holidays we have been very careful about masks and exposure. When the delivery folks called and said they were 10 minutes away we placed the old mattress outside the front door. As one might expect, three rather rude guys showed up without masks on and said they wouldnt hull the old mattress. Then, they acted like they were going to come in the house and put the new mattress in here. WITHOUT MASKS! No thank you. The local manager told us tough. A district manager called but didnt leave a message (I screen calls from numbers I dont know), and after a call to corporate, the local manager calls and said theyd pick up the mattress. They never arrived. This entire experience tells me that this company is not a good one to have to deal with when things go sideways. Find a different store for your mattress!

This was my first purchase with Mattress Firm. I had a great experience with them, the sales lady was awesome. Ive had my mattress for about a week now. Every morning Ive woken up, NO back pain. My only complaint was the length of time it took me to get my mattress, almost 3 weeks. But, the only reason I waited was to get the free head head raising base that came with my mattress. Never had one before, still trying to adjust to it.

We have always had an excellent experience shopping at Mattress Firm. My husband and I bought a temperpedic mattress 3 years ago from them and had an amazing experience. My mom, sister and my daughter all needed a mattress so we took advantage of their Veterans Day sale and Andrew gave us an amazing experience and a really great deal. I will definitely shop here for all future mattress needs, all the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The prices are really comparable to other stores but mattress firm usually has much better sales and their 4 month sleep happy guarantee ensures that they really care about their customers satisfaction. :-)

I just came from the hospital with lower back pain issues. The bed I had been using was not supporting my lower back at all. Decided to come to Mattress Firm for a new bed that will help support my back. Came in and right away I was helped by Allison! She knew which beds would be best for me and we found the perfect bed for me. She even gave me a snack to help with my nausea from the medications I was given for my back problems at the hospital. I really appreciated all of Allisons help. Definitely the perfect place to find a mattress. I would recommend this place to family and friends for sure!

I needed 3 beds, one for my Grandson, my daughter and myself. The staff was very knowledable, helpful and friendly. They also found just exactly what we all wanted and needed, at a very affordable price. They didnt oversell you with dressers, mirrors, tvs etc. Other stores sell bedroom sets, but it doesnt include the mattress, you end up spending thousands of dollars. I can add those things later, this gets us off an air mattress and onto a real bed (a very nice one). Thank you Mattress Firm!
