I have bought mattresses here before, have always had good luck, no complaints. Recently we made a bigger purchase than usual, due to type of mattress we needed, was not happy at all with the customer service the older gentlemen gave us, rather rude I almost didnt buy mattress but we finally found one that would work for both my husband and I. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

We recently bought a mattress from the Sleep Shop in the old mall that was anchored by Dunlaps. I highly recommend the Sleep Shop. Carrol the store manager was most helpful. Their delivery team was great. They moved three mattresses and three bed frames to other rooms in the house and then brought the new mattress in. They even waited patiently while I pinned the bedskirts to 2 box springs. I enjoy shopping at locally owned businesses and the Sleep Shop was a great experience.

Great staff-sales folks and delivery folks all genuinely kind people. Great prices-good quality beds for what seem like bargain prices compared to other stores. Only place in town that we didnt have to wait a week to get the bed we wanted (needed actually).

Best mattress store in Midland!! Only store we found in Midland with mattresses in stock and with same day delivery!! The prices were excellent!! The employees were very helpful and friendly!! Well be back!! Very pleased!!

Was looking for a queen mattress. Checked two other furniture stores in town and the Sleep Shop. Sleep Shop offered the cheapest at $299+tax with free delivery. Delivery of mattress came in a few hours and they set it up well. Would recommend this store to anyone.

It good mattress for an expensive price. The man I work with ( after I ask for a lower price) kept going higher in price and each was no the one I wanted or need at the time of look ended up going somewhere else for a mattress
