I purchased a living room set. The salesman Russell was extremely kind and has offered his services from the beginning to using my furniture for many years. It was quick, easy, and have everything available to be delivered on the date I hoped for. Russell D. was fantastic and if the rest of the experience is how he helped me I know I would continue to shop there in the future.

Salesman Francisco was great help, we ordered what we needed. Great customer service from Francisco, but cant say the same about the other personnel or the product they are selling. Very disappointing with our purchase, wobbly chairs and not good quality bench or headboard. Spend your money somewhere else.

Worst experience! Ordered a bedroom set back in October and told I would get it in November.. lie! I wouldn’t receive it until July so I then change the bedroom set in June and will receive the new one within a month. Wells the sales guy didn’t help for anything failed to explain any deals and they wouldn’t work with me on ADDING a nightstand for the same price. Will not shop here again!

Horrible customer service. Had couches delivered and turned out one was missing two support legs so the couch was unusable. Called immediately and customer service was closed. Called store and they wouldnt get the delivery guys back out even though they were still in the area. Given the run around by the manager. They sold me a defective couch and would not take it back and offered no resolution on the missing legs. Still waiting on manager to call us back..........

Purchased a sofa and loveseat a year and a half ago. We had it repaired twice since we purchased it. Now the entire bottom of the sofa has fallen through and because we moved to a different house, the warranty is voided...or at least that’s what we can put together from the multitude of calls we’ve made. Looks like we will have to hire a carpenter to rebuild it. Save yourself the grief, and just go ahead and spend the extra money at Haverty’s or Carter’s and just get good furniture.

Purchased a dresser and wall items for my granddaughter Naomi very helping in answering our questions and we found exactly what we were looking for.
