The service quality with this company has become totally unrelliable and below even basic standards. Calls to the toll free number, the local Midland office, Route managers, and even route drivers go unanswered, and messages are not returned. E-mails are ignored, and excuses are weak when provided by the drivers that you are able to flag one down as they make deliveries.They have instead chosen to rely on automated systems to deal with customers, and then ignore any that imply they are in any way dissatisfied. This problem has been ongoing with my company for several months, and quite frankly I have run out of understanding and patience.If you can find any other services to provide you with your needs, take your business there. Maybe, if we all cut our dependence on them, then they will realize that customer service goes beyond delivering product eventually, and needs to include services as scheduled without delays.

Ive been trying to contact them for weeks. every day I call and am put on hold. they never answer. I called in for the new order line and they picked up right away. then they couldnt help me because I am an existing customer and I was put on hold again. All I want to do is change my address. This is unacceptable!!!

Delivery driver is very nice. Professional and helpful. Always willing to leave an extra case or take one back if we need to change our order. Ordering and paying are very easy online. Dependable results, good prices and quality product. I recommend them.

We have been using Sierra Springs Water for 3-4 years now and are very pleased with the service weve received. The tap water where we live is very hard and doesnt taste very good. I like the taste of the water from Sierra Springs more than any kind of 5-gallon filtered tap water refill that is available in my area. Our current delivery person gives us an automated call reminder to put out empty bottles and always shows up as scheduled. If you use 5-gallon bottled water and have thought about giving it a shot, I would highly recommend Sierra Springs!

Its so convenience to have the 5 gallon water deliver to your steps of your home. the diver is very professional and thoughtful; ask if we were gone need extra water for thanksgiving and left more gallons. thanks you for your great water and service.

Worst service I have ever experienced! No one contacts you. I’ve had to fight for 3 months to get my refund. I’m constantly told by customer service the branch manager will contact me. That has never happened.

Excellent service from my delivery guy, Eric! I can text him any time with modifications or to request extra water or if I need to skip a delivery. I have home and office deliveries and its been a great experience.

Very poor customer service and kept charging 2 months after they picked there stuff up highly do not recommend save yourself some time and money !!

Horrible service!! I can barely get in touch with customer service on the phone, and when I do they say they will make a delivery or pick up bottles, but we always have to call then back and they are never here when they say they will be, including normal delivery dates! We have been without water for offer a month and buying from the store because the delivery man hasnt come. When we called to cancel service due to an out of town move, they have us a date that they would be here to pick everything up. Its now a week later and they still have not come.

Customer service is terrible. It is routed through a call center and you cannot talk to anybody locally that is actually delivering water. I called on a Monday and ordered extra water using the touch tone phone system. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. When no one showed up on Wednesday I called and was told there was no record of the order. I was told that the soonest they could get out was on Friday to deliver 1 bottle and that 2 would be delivered on Monday our regular delivery date. When no one had shown up by 3:00 on Friday I called and was told they would send a message to the driver to contact me but they had no local number that I could call. I never received a call. The water was not delivered. I called Monday Morning and was told that it would be delivered that day and that they would send a message to the driver to call me. At 3:00 I called to tell them no water was delivered. I was told they would send a message to the manager. Again no call. The water was not delivered. Tuesday morning I call and am told it has been rescheduled for Tuesday and that they would send a message for the manager to call. I have still not received a call from anybody. I decided to switch to a different company. What I don’t understand is that even after telling them I was considering canceling the service the last two times I talked to them, I still could not even get a call.

They do not miss a delivery day, EVER. Always wonderful about any changes we make on orders. Finally a delivery company that believes in costumer service.

Easy to order and manage account.

You never know when youll get your water. Even on a regular schedule. They delivered off schedule 2 bottles, I needed 4. I called to get another delivery. Never came. Terrible service and very disappointed and dissatisfied.

This is the worst company in Midland, Texas. We have been waiting over a week and calling multiple times a day and we still have not received our water. This is a terrible thing since the water is supposed to be delivered to an office of around 20 + people and we have gone without water for so long. The customer service is terrible. I keep calling and they say each day that they will come and no one has came. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Have had service with this company for several years. Deliveries are never on scheduled dates, thry deliver even when asked not to. The only thing you can count on to be on time is their billing. They have no scheduled business hours at the Midland office and even the employs I spoke to dont know when the front office is open. I am canceling my business with them.

I was due my first service today. After the hassle of setting up an account and a hold on my bank account for a week, this inept company called to say they could not fulfill my first delivery, on the day of delivery! They did not have spring water but could deliver when they had some, but were not sure when that would be!

Cant get them to answer the phone . Automated voice wont let you talk to anyone.
