I would never of imagined that was possible but Tony is a shining example of what service truly should be and I am so thankful for his assistance! Stopped in 20 minutes before closing to have a headlight replaced. So fast. Inexpensive and got a little carwash bonus! That really made my long day so much better!!!

Be sure to ask questions when asking for service. Communication is unclear. I was told an hour and a half only to have clarified 45 minutes later it was until it could even be pulled in and it would be an additional 45 minutes. I left without service due to a meeting but I could have not spent that time waiting.

Its a great place to get quotes on tires and have your vehicle looked at!

Morgan at the desk was super friendly and very helpful. The service was top notch and very reasonable. Even gave our Expedition a wash with out us asking.. We will be coming back for all our oil changes and tire rotations going forward!

Able to make an appointment, which I love. Cheapest oil change in Midland for my Honda fit. Very curteous staff. Everyone wore masks in customer area. Very thorough, checked multiple things on vehicle to let me know what things might need work.

They do a quality and honest job every time I take my vehicle in. Hardworking staff and accomodating environment. I get all of my maintenance done here!

Why do I bother to make an APPOINTMENT to do an oil change...Had an appointment, on time, after an HOUR of waiting...My vehicle hadnt moved !! Whats the purpose of the APPOINTMENT ???? Wont be back to Midland Ford !!!!

Always fast and professional! No matter what make or model theyre reasonably priced and have you in and out as quick as possible. Plus they check over your vehicle and dont try to sell you on a bunch of unneeded repairs.

Midland Ford service center was great! They not only changed oil & rotated tires but also checked everything over on my car! Suggested I get a air filter! Then they washed my car for free! Everyone was kind & Wonderful! So worth driving from Bay City to Midland!

This is the only place I take my vehicles to when they need service. The technicians are properly trained and do excellent work.

Bought front end alignments on a special offer for $25. Took two different cars in and they would not do an alignment on either of them unless I spent $500 in repairs for each vehicle before they could do an alignment. Is that how they bait people in? Here spend $25 in advance for a voucher and we wont honor it unless you spend $$$ . What they didnt know is I took the second car in to my mechanic, and had him look at it before taking it to quicklane, he said there was nothing wrong with them doing an alignment on it. So, whos bullshitting who. Don t take your vehicle there unless you want to get gouged. Now Im stuck with 2 vouchers

Doesnt keep to appointment times. Had a 10am appointment for my brakes and they didnt do anything with it until almost 2 hours later. Then after waiting another 2 hours Im told they were sent the wrong parts so its going to be another hour. Ended up taking almost 7 hours for brakes! Never coming here again.

Made an appointment to get the works package for my car but there wasnt another car being serviced so they got it right in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Less than an hour later I was on my home.

The front desk staff had a poor attitude when I arrived for an oil change. They would not give me an oil change as I arrived too close to their closing time. Even though in the time they had until close, they could have performed an oil change. If they take longer than 20 minutes to do an oil change, I would suggest going elsewhere for an oil change, as it should not take that long for a standard oil change.
