Had a great experience last week at Feeny. Our sales rep Tom D was great. He was patient as we looked at and test drove multiple different vehicles, explaining differences and pointing out features and options. After a weekend of shopping around physically and online at other locations, we returned to Feeny and Tom. We made a fair deal that I was very happy with and I returned the following day for the paperwork that was pretty painless. The vehicle had been washed prior to my return during which time Tom noticed it had a small dent on the door that we hadnt noticed before. He proactively brought the dent to my attention and made an appointment for it to be repaired. I truly appreciated his honesty with that. After the deal was done, Tom sat down with me and walked me through the features of the vehicles like the uconnect system. Very helpful and friendly guy. I told him hell be seeing us again when wife needs a new car!

I just recently purchased a 2021 ram power wagon. And when it was time for it’s oil change and I called to see if I was able to get a free oil change and I was told no due to it wasn’t included with purchase of a 63,000 truck. Really now that’s crazy. Any other place I have gotten at lest two free.

Husband dropped his truck off to diagnose a squeaky noise. Feeny called the next day and gave the quote for the issue, and that it was ready. Then called back a few minutes later with a different price, and again stated it was ready to be picked up. Get to the service center, and the lady moved to three different stations to get keys, run the card, and then get additional paperwork from the “free inspection” that was performed. She was talking and walking away at the same time, so it was hard to hear and understand what she was saying. Then we drive the truck to Meijer. It now makes a worse sound then when it was dropped off! Turns out that it wasn’t fixed at all. Communication is definitely lacking at Feeny. And when the lady called to confirm that husband wanted the problem fixed, and not what was discovered in the inspection, and he replied with fix the squeal, she hung up on him. (In my opinion, that is really rude).Update: the truck was fixed today. And because of the issues we experienced, there was a price adjustment.

Great Experience !! car/truck shopping is stressful especially when your looking for a very particular model . I came across Feeny Chrysler on cars.com when I was looking for very specific 2020 Ram 1500 with low mileage. i was looking all over the country trying to find the right Ram and a lot of dealers were over priced and trying to slap me with huge dealer fees. When I came across Feeny Chryslers ad for a 2020 RAM 1500 Limited Night edition with 9k miles I could not believe the competitive price and on top of that the dealer/doc fee was literally the lowest in the country and I can tell you first hand because I was looking all over the Nation for this truck.. I was searching for 6 weeks and I had finally found the one.. I was stressing the buying process though due to being 750 miles away. I was very fortunate enough to have a great salesman Bill would made the buyer experience seamless ! He handled all the logistics with my information needed. he overnighted all paperwork and had everything wrapped up in no time and always stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Always been a roller-coaster ride when doing a vehicle purchase in the past. Not this time, smooth and pleasant. I have 2 experiences in last 18 months with them. Once with the service department when I bought from 3rd party vendor a 2007 Chrysler Aspen. I walked and changed poopy diapers for 2 hours in service department. I dont know if it was because I was combat veteran or look of desperate first-time dad, but they were so helpful at service station. Not a bad thing to say about them. And shout-out to nice fiance lady that crushed both of our credit unions rates. I mean smashed them by over 2%. Wow.

Bought a used 2015 Dodge Journey R/T, in 2019 Low Mileage, excellant shape.BUT nothing but repairs, started with a heater problem, fuel injectors, gaskets, wheel bearings and now the warranty which was purchased for $2,900.00 will not cover a needed new engine. Presently 47,000 mileage on engine with maybe 10,000 miles since we owned it. Very disappointed on this purchase. I know used vehicles can have problems. Just did not think a dealership purchase would be less trusting than a private used car sale. Taking a bite on this purchase. Had to buy a different vehicle because it would have been over $8,000 to replace engine.

I brought my Chevy Malibu in at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. A lady came in after us at around 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. She left at 10:45, and we’re still here at 11:05. I know it doesn’t take 2 hrs for a tire rotation and oil change. Poor service ship. Get on them if they are taking to long.

We utilized Tyler in sales for the purchase of our 2017 Pacifica. Tyler was professional, quick to respond, and willing to help in whatever way possible. Our Pacifica had some electrical issues less than 24 hours after taking off the lot that was NOT covered by the warranty we were sold. Tyler advocated to management for us, and got the (pricey) repair totally covered. Customer services at its finest! We highly recommend Tyler!

They did not want to work on my car because it was covered under a warranty they wanted the money for the repairs up front or they told me they would hold my car until the warranty company pays them. I told them absolutely no! Also was told by mark my belt tensioner was seized up and needed replacement the part was 350$ which is high for a belt tensioner I found one at autozone brand new for 89$. I recognize all this shadiness and had my car towed to a different shop I actually know and trust, turns out all I needed was a belt the tensioner was fine. Very dissatisfied and disappointed how dishonest and unprofessional this place is! I thought this was a legit authorized professional place to take my car I mean it’s a dealership BIF MISTAKE NEVER AGAIN

My husband has leased his vehicles for the past six years. After a little bit of time saving and a lot of research, he decided he wanted to buy.Around 2pm on a Saturday, we met with Nolan Larose about the vehicle. My husband test drove it and fell in love. Nolan asked us some questions, ran the numbers, and it was definitely something we could afford. We told him we wanted it and he said he’d get our stuff ready first thing Monday. Monday rolls around and he had already arranged everything for us to come by, pay, and sign off on the vehicle as soon as we were both done working. Plus, the payments ended up being lower than we originally anticipated! Huge huge plus.Nolan was an absolute gem among car salesmen. We dealt with some pushy salesmen prior but he was very personable, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Nolan was very good about answering any questions and accommodating the requests we had. He made our first car buying experience quick and absolutely painless.We had to bring in our kids, ages 4 and 6, and both Nolan and Malarie Weiler, the woman who went through all of our paperwork with us, were so patient and accommodating. Malarie gave my girls a few sheets of paper and some pens and highlighters to keep them occupied while we went through everything and really made the whole process as smooth as possible. She was so sweet and ended up giving them little ducks at the end, which made their whole day.Everyone we had to interact with was upbeat and positive. It really made the car buying experience a lot better than we had originally hoped. 5/5 for Feeny. I would definitely recommend.

The GM was very rude also. And Beverly, behind. The experience I had at Feeny in Midland was beyond what I could ask for from a dealership. I was stuck in a vehicle that I was counting down the days to get out of. Nicole helped me get into a new to me 2017 Ram Bighorn that I feel in love with the moment I drove it. I did have a few credit issues I did not know of, but with their guidance and support I was able to quickly get those issues solved and Nicole was able to get me into the truck of my dreams!!! The whole process was very smooth and easy as well once we had all my ducks in a row. I truly appreciate how much Nicole helped me out in getting my new vehicle!! Very dishonest manager in the body shop. Her name is Tayler Johnson. On June 9th 2017 a claim was processed thru Geico to this Feeny dealership. It took Taylor until June 12th to even call me about the approval. After telling her at 9:07am on the 12th to go forward with the repairs she then told me my car would be ready on the 15th of June. When the 15th came around she called at 9:03 am to inform me that the car wont be fixed until June 20th. When I talked to the GM of Feeny he told me that Taylor had said to him that there was no promise of the car being ready on the 15th of June. I proceeded to tell him, then why did she call me on the 15th to tell me it wouldnt be completed today?.I didnt receive any call until June 29th about my car being ready. In the time that my car was there Midland was flooded. My car now has electrical equipment that no longer work and the car electrical system was reset at one point. The GM has done nothing to fix this at all. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Included in my review are photos of damages incurred while my car was at the dealership for repair.

We had a great experience buying our new van from Feeny. Malarie made the paperwork and process super easy and was able to get with Mike and get us a great deal. We were able to trade in out old SUV with no problems. They were super fast and efficient, we were able to get the whole deal done in less the 24 hours!! I had been taking my cars to Feeny ever since I bought my Dodge Charger in 2010. I had always been happy with the service provided until January of this year. My Beetle was hit while I was Christmas shopping, I could have taken it to another body shop but wanted to take it to Feeny but that was a big mistake. I worked with the body shop manager himself and treated very poorly. When I dropped my car off the only damage was to the front of my car. I received a call asking me if the damage to the back of my car happened at the same time, What damage, there was no damage to the back of my car!!! My car was hit while in their care.. His reply was, I doesnt matter it is going to be totalled anyway. The car was salvageable and should not have been totalled. The complete disregard for my car being damaged in their care and the lack of compassion and utter rudeness from the body shop manager and the General Manager that did absolutely nothing about this situation, I will never return to that dealership or recommend any of my family and friends.

Unhappy with how everything was handled.. we called on the phone about a car we were interested in and it had unfortunately been sold.. The guy on the phone mentioned they had a Malibu and that it was still on the lot and that it hadn’t been sold and we told him that we would be on our way to take it for a test drive, we drove nearly 2 and a half hours to the dealership In hopes of being able to test drive.. we get there and tell them we’re here to test drive the Malibu.. he gets a plate and puts it on the car and says he has to go and find the keys 2 or 3 minutes pass and another dealer comes out and says that it’s been sold and I asked how long ago.. and guess what he said.. he said 20 minutes ago, do you believe this... I spent hours searching online for cars and finally come across one that was said to have been in the lot, the day of calling and it gets taken right from under us... it’s a very unpleasant feeling having to drive nearly 2 hours somewhere and have a vehicle you were interested in just snatched right up before you even got a chance to check it out and then telling you on the phone that it was pretty much available and on the lot, therefore this dealership has ruined my day well you know what my whole week cause now I’m gonna have to spend more countless hours endless searching for a vehicle

It took over 3 weeks to get our Jeep back. When we checked out, I noticed that someone must have enjoyed their lunch on top of our hood since there was literally food baked laying on top of it. You can think it’s far fetched but we have photos to prove it. Also, I have never had to wait over 3 weeks for a vehicle to get fixed up. As well as not having a rental car to use all during that time. Every week we called for one, they claim they didn’t have any for us to use. We were lucky to have awesome family members to let us borrow one for the time being. All in all, if we ever need to take our Jeep back in, we will not return here even too when our insurance company recommended them.

Service Manager Steve and mechanic Randy were exceptional with customer service. Listened to concerns, helped problem solve alternatives, had positive attitudes, and really worked hard to explain possible issues with vehicle. Nice guys who took time to listen to concerns. Would definitely recommend working with them. Unfortunately, vehicle issues were not showing up during visit so they couldnt repair them. Right after the appointment my vehicle did exactly what was talked about at the appointment. In other words, the issue has been ongoing for over a year, but wouldnt do it during appointment. 3 dealership visits later its now doing what it was predicted to do, a year ago, its broken - really wanted to get it repaired while under warranty - to use preventative maintenance - would rather have it fixed while under warranty and BEFORE it completely broke and damaged my vehicle pointlessly (esp. when it could be prevented) instead of letting it break then fixing it. Anyway, part broke and damaged my vehicle as I predicted a year ago & its not covered by warranty now.

I recently purchased a truck from here. I wanted a specific color truck with lower miles. After searching a 200 mile radius, there was one here. I was already approved at my local credit union, so I contacted Feeny for the best price out the door. Mike emailed me back very quickly and we had great communication UNTIL after I purchased my truck.He was off the day that I came into sign paperwork. So Joe helped me and got me taken care of. That will be 2 weeks ago tomorrow. After I bought the truck, not a peep. No phone call or email to ask how the truck was. No thanks for your business etc. I then called a week ago inquiring about extended warranties. I was told by Mike that prices would be emailed to me. Once again, while on the phone, no thank you for your business, nothing. It’s now a week later and no quotes for warranties, nada.My temp plate expires tomorrow. So being proactive, I emailed mike 3 days ago asking where my plate is. Mike emailed me back and said “I think that she mailed it out.” You “think”? Is it that hard to CHECK? Plus I told them don’t mail it out, I’ll come get it. Who knows if the SOS even got the paperwork. 2 weeks has went by, and my credit union hasn’t even received the paperwork.I am a business owner who is in the service field. I rely heavily on good reviews and client referrals. I make it a point to let the client know how much that their business is appreciated. Moreover, to make sure that any questions they have are answered and any requests that they may have are addressed. This seems to be nonexistent here. I don’t leave less than 5 star reviews unless there is a real issue. Which obviously there is.While the first part of the buying process was great. The rest was less than to be desired.

Where do I start? First impressions are everything and before I could muster up a word the receptionist read me like a book and I was clear sailing to picking my wrangler up in no time at all. The experience from start to finish was magnificent. Of course, I was the person who asked 1000 questions and asked them to change options in the the car back and forth repeatedly and they didn’t seem to care at all like most other dealerships do. I told them what I was comfortable spending and they made it work. I even brought my electronics and garage door opener on the day of signing and they set Bluetooth up for me in the car. Thanks for the friendly faces and welcoming environment! I’ve found my car guys, and they are at Feeny!

I recently purchased a used car from Jon Spedowski and the entire experience was very nice. Every contact with the dealer was friendly and professional. When arriving to the dealer we were greated immediately and everyone seemed genuinely friendly, not the forced friendliness because someone wants to make a sale type one might experience at other dealerships. The dealership was very clean inside and out. The owner of the dealership should be very proud of his/her team.

Worst place to buy a vehicle from. Didnt even own ours a week and it a bad cam and alot.of other things wrong with it. Which feeny blamed us for not getting it inspected even though they give you a route to test drive on. Then they say they fixed said problem but really it was the extended warranty we purchased that is fixing this vehicle not feeny and.they wont take the vehicle back and have been giving us the ru. Around ever since. Now its stalled four times in two days while driving its unsafe and they dont want to return call in a timely manner. We just want this to be resolved by giving us a different option of vehicle!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RICH JACKLIN!I called Feeny and spoke to Rich on two separate occasions.1st - I told him I wanted lease pricing on a Ram 1500 Laramie. I didn’t hear from him for 2 weeks. When I did the lease was not on the truck I was looking for and requested features.2nd - I then turned to purchasing a Ram 1500 Laramie. I shared the truck I was looking for with packages I wanted. I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Feeny. The whole purchase process went ok, the salesman Nolan was perfectly fine to deal with but nothing exceptional, but several other things left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a decision to not do business with them again. When I first drove the Jeep, I heard a subtle, low-toned wind buffeting noise that seemed to be coming from the passenger side footwell. I told the salesman about it who told me they would look at it and that it was likely just a seal that needed adjustment. He said he would have it looked at and that hed give me a call after they checked it out to make sure that it was good to go. A couple days later I got a call and met Nolan half way between my work and the dealership to take the jeep for another ride. The noise was absolutely still there, but seemed to come and go depending on wind direction and vehicle speed... and this time Nolan agreed that he heard it and would have it looked at again. Assuming that we could get a simple wind noise figured out (my mistake on that one) we began negotiations and came up with a price we could both agree on. I told him that the noise needed to be fixed before I would take it and he agreed to that. The following week I went in to sign papers and went for another drive with Nolan to make sure the noise was gone. When I arrived, I was surprised that the Jeep wasnt detailed. Apparently they dont do that when you spend $30k plus on a vehicle from them. I mentioned it to Nolan and he ran it thru their automatic car wash there, which doesnt have a drying function. Real nice.Back to the noise issue. They said that they attributed the noise to a out of balance tire and that it drove much quieter now. A couple times during the drive I thought I may have heard it, but it was generally quieter and Nolan assured me that he had spoken to his boss about the situation and that if it popped back up again they would absolutely work with me to get it right (the vehicle had ~5k miles & 6 months left on factory warranty). I signed the papers and drove away with the Jeep (again, probably my mistake). The following day on the way to work, the noise was as loud as ever, and I realized that it was a much more windy day than it had been the previous day. I called Nolan on the way in and he told me to bring it in the next Monday and that he would get it looked at again. I took the Jeep in and told them if they needed it for a few days that would be fine, I just wanted the noise taken care of. After a WEEK of it sitting there, I was told that they had ordered a new molding for the sunroof and that it should be fixed the following day. I was perplexed... the noise was coming from the footwell, and its quite easy to distinguish a noise that is coming from a place above your head to one coming from a place down by your feet. I had no clue why they were looking anywhere near the sunroof, but told them Id take it for a drive tomorrow and see if we did any good. The following day, I called service because Nolan wasnt in. The gentleman I spoke to was fairly rude and told me that they did not actually replace anything on the sunroof, there was a service bulletin mentioning wind noise from the sunroof, but that mine passed inspection. My next question was, so that didnt fix the noise obviously? He then informed me that he had 4 or 5 technicians look at and drive the jeep, that they could hear the noise, but they were unable to pin point the cause of it. He then told me that he closed the workorder and turned the keys into the cashier so I could pick it up. Basically, they couldnt figure out the noise and were done trying. They acknowledged that it was there, but couldnt fix it. They had it for a week and accomplished nothing, and werent willing to go any further on it. All this after I was assured from Nolans boss that they would work with me after the fact. I wont be returning... not even to use the free oil change that I have coming to me. Not impressed.

Went in looking for a new ram 3500, a 70k truck. And the sales staff acted as if they wanted nothing to do with me. I ended up buying the same truck at Ganley dodge in Ohio for 20k less and they had great service too. Sorry couldn’t shop local because they didn’t even offer me something to buy, I had to look on their site to find a truck on their lot.

After jumping through all the hoops, driving 2 hours down from Gaylord to Midland. Taking time off work to go look at a vehicle they had up for sale. Talking to the guy on the phone about said vehicle. It isnt until I get there am I told that the vehicle is to be sold as is. The vehicle had a misfire and camshaft sensor issue and would hardly go down the road. Instantly ruined the whole experience for me.

I am giving their service department a 5/5, and their sales a 3/5. Im not 100% convinced on their sales folks just yet. I purchased a Jeep with 30,000 miles on it in December. When test driving the vehicle, I felt the brakes were noisy, and there was an issue. My salesman claims they took the Jeep in twice to look at it, and the brakes were fine. Since then, my wife has put 3,000 miles on it. The brakes were even worse. I took it in for an oil change and was convinced they were going to tell me that the brakes were bad and not offer me anything to help replace them. I explained to them how my sales experience was, they looked at the brakes, and told me that all 4 were shot. Without me even asking, they offered to replace all 4 at no cost. This is where the great customer service came in play. I believe they knew it was only right that they replace them since we had only put 3,000 miles on the vehicle, and they did. This is why I will come back. Service department was great. And I am not saying the sales department was awful, but I feel that they left very little room for negotiation in terms of both price and service, etc. I would give them another shot.

Just purchased a new Grand Cherokee Ltd from Feeny. Tom Harthausen (sales) was EXCELLENT. Very experienced, product knowledgeable and doesnt pressure you at all. The deal was every bit as good as any other dealer including as far away as Grand Blanc. Car buying is NOT fun but Feeny gets close.

Wasted a lot of time dealing with this dealership trying to buy my wife a Jeep Trailhawk. I told them I was financing the vehicle with my bank, USAA, and that seemed to send them into a tailspin. Went to Bill Marsh in Traverse City and found a much better deal on a Grand Cherokee Limited!

Tom Dennet is awesome! Great service all around when buying a used van. My wife and I had not had good luck with dealers and when we walked into Feeny that changed instantly! Every person we interacted with at the dealership was great. They called the insurance company and got them the information on the new car, dealt with the credit union (and got me 1.99%!) and then delivered the car to us on our lunch hour.GREAT dealership and I will go back when I am ready to replace my truck!

If you are looking to buy new or used then look no further. These guys were great. (A little long but hear me out) My wife and I were looking for a specific car and it turned out they had exactly what we were wanted. We found the same car at other dealers and got the run around from all of them. Three different dealers sold the cars out from under us. Had another dealership add some ridiculous fees I had never heard of and then finally we called Feeny. Got on the phone with Nolan LaCrosse and told him about all the other experiences that we had and he assured us that we had nothing to worry about. Everything went perfect we got down there drove the car and loved it. Paperwork was quick and painless they handled everything with our bank and away we went. Couldnt have been happier. Here is the part that separates them from the rest. A couple days later something went wrong with the car it was just not running right. So I called Nolan and he told me to hang tight and he would get back to me. Come to find out it was his day off and he had gone in to work to notify his manager Mike Beck of what was going on. They put us in a loaner and fixed the car. You wont find that kind of service these days.

Went to buy a newer vehicle talked a salesman named Rich and he was very helpful. He put in the type of vehicle i wanted in the price range i was looking for. Would recommend anyone to deal with any of the salesmen there. They are all polite and not pushy in any way but will try thier best to put you in the vehicle you are looking for at a fair price.

Found a vehicle online and was told to come at a certain time to view the vehicle. It was sold upon my arrival ok understandable completely. Go home only to get a call later in the day that says to come back and look at another vehicle.... OH GOODNESS guess what that one sold in the 10 minutes it took me to get back there. What was the point of wasting my time? Dont make an appointment it means nothing. Still have yet to even get an email response when I asked questions. Just a bad experience all around

Do NOT take your vehicle to Feenys service dept. They have had my vehicle more then I have since I bought it back in Sept and are now refusing to fix it because they dont know whats wrong with it. They tell me not to worry because it is safe. How is a vehicle that squeals while you drive it safe? And how can they say it is safe if they dont know what is wrong with it? I was told when purchasing that it would be fixed and it was not and apparently will not, Im so disappointed that I spent that much money on something that no one feels safe in, myself, my kids, etc. They have been in my face rude about it and completely disrespectful. I never write reviews but I feel that this one has to be written, please do NOT take your vehicle there to be worked on. Ive also connected the BBB on this.

Absolutely will not recommend anyone to go to your body shop. I took my truck to you in mid December of 2017 and completely repainted my passenger side of my truck. About a month ago I noticed your paint job starting to bubble up and also noticed you bent the wheel well so it’s pulled away from the plastic covering in the wheel well. Now water sits up in the wheel well causing the rust. I went in to talk to your body shop manager and he won’t give me a straight answer whether they’ll fix it or not and said he’ll have to talk to his agent and he’ll most likely get back with me that day to tell me what he comes up with. I waited about 3 days and no call. I called him back and he told they won’t warranty it and tried to tell me that it’s normal for my truck to rust at 45,000 miles. This is absolutely disgusting that I paid over $40,000 for a truck and get a botched paint job and you give me a mediocre answer why I should just accept what it looks like. Thanks again for ruining my truck you jerks.
