Even after we purchased our vehicle he continued to offer us great services- taking care of all paperwork, getting us extra keys, etc. Not just making sure they were available, but bringing everything directly to our home. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I searched for a new (used) vehicle for nearly a month before I finally came across the Used Car Factory! I was in an extremely fair priced, perfect vehicle within hours!! They took such good care of me, and believe me I am a handful! ERIC was the one who helped me out and got everything, I mean EVERYTHING done! So all I had to do was come in and sign and walk away with my car! The OWNER himself even took care of a dead running light himself, FREE OF CHARGE! Eric and Eddie are incredible!
