Has to be the best place Ive ever had work performed!They even sent their technicians to The FOCAL class for 2 weeks before they installed my FOCAL UTOPIA BE NO 7 6.5 speakers and the 2 crossblocks no pictures of the whole sealed bass box

I just stopped by to get a quote to install a dash cam system. The experience started with the helper rolling his eyes when he saw I brought in my own unit versus buying from them. Next he scolded me for coming before they were officially open for business. Then he said he wouldn’t warranty their install. I wouldn’t expect them to warranty the electronics but stand by your installation. Immense attitude the whole time. I asked if he was okay and said he was acting strange and he proceeded to make ‘special needs’ poses. I wouldn’t trust these guys to install a darn thing in my automobile or give them a dime of my HAR earned money.

Probably the best store to find high end car audio equipment. With end 250 miles.

These guys are great. Ive always installed subs/amps myself in my vehicles until now. After having the pro experience Ill never do it myself again. Nice hidden install, nothing rattles, picked the perfect gear for my request. Ill definitely go back with some bigger projects soon. Thanks all!

Got a new stereo for my vehicle less than a year ago. Since the beginning, Car Play gave me issues connecting, which didn’t really bother me because I simply had to unplug it and replug it. This simple issue just wasn’t worth taking it back and waiting again for him to work on it. However, now I’m incredibly upset. My Car Play does not connect (and it’s not the charger because my phone charges). My Bluetooth has no sound. The owner is very friendly and I’m sure he’ll have no problem helping me with my issue when I go in. I’m just reasonably upset over the quality.

I had a few initial issues with the hookup of the new head unit, but Mike and the crew were great about standing behind their product and service. Liquid Audio installed a marine grade Wet Sounds system with sub woofer on my pontoon boat.As Post Malone would say, WOW... heavy bass turned up full blast with no distortion!!!We’ll definitely be able to enjoy the music, over the motor, cruising down the lake.Great job on the wiring with the head unit on the ignition key and the amp/sub running off the auxiliary battery.

Mike definitely knows his stuff. He is very helpful and friendly, does great work. Had speakers replaced and sound deadening on the doors. Will be back for full radio upgrade!

I’ve been using these guys to install subwoofers in my car since high school and I’m in my early 30s now. Hah!The job is always done correctly and professionally and I’ve never been anything but thrilled with the final result.

They fixed a botched double din install for me and everything came out perfect I will never again buy from online/or electronic store retailers that don’t care if you are satisfied till the end, purchase to install. Thanks guys I will be back

Took my 2018 chevy silverado and had them install a sub and amp. Did an absolute fantastic job in hiding and ensuring that it looked like no one was even inside my truck. Had to ask them where they put the amp and base knob😂. About two weeks later my amp actually went out, brought my truck in. Immediately they figured out what the problem was and replaced the amp free of charge. Bringing my wifes car back to have a sub installed in his hers as well.

Just had 2-10” JL subs put in along with 4-6” doors and 4 tweets all on 900 watt amp. In my 2015 gmc 3500. Sounds great. The guys did great work, couldn’t even tell anyone was in my truck. Thanks liquid Audio.

Went to get a new deck and couple little subs for under the seats. Left my vehicle there and came back the next day. They had put a totally different deck than what I said. Also two different brand of subs in. They didn’t bother to call and let me know they were doing this. Ended up having them change it to what I wanted. So much wasted time. Not to mention how rude the owner is. Would never recommend to anyone...

I have a 2005 cadillac escalade EXT limousine 40 foot, and when all of my speakers blew out, The owner had professionally installed all 7 speakers at a price that I couldnt get anywhere else. These guys do top notch work and sell top shelf audio systems. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a car audio system upgrade to a complete overhaul.

They were able to offer a suggestion over the phone for my radio problem that worked. The Ford dealer wanted 6-7 days just to look at it. Will go back to them when I need anything else.

Went to Liquid Audio today for a 4awg in 4awg out distribution block but they didnt have none, but got a 0awg to a 4awg out distribution block instead and some 4awg power wire. Service there is very polite and great help on what a customer needs.

I visited all the audio shops in Odessa and Midland area and had ok service but I got to Liquid and found the most knowledgeable shop . They have the best equipment and know how, by far the best in the area .Customer for life

In town for work. I have an 8 hour drive every two weeks. My estereo has beeb acting up so i decided to stop by this place and hooefully buy a new one. So I drove for about 40 mins after work to go seek info on buying and installing a new radio in my truck. Got there 10 mins before they closed. The first thing the guy in the store did was look at his watch a few times. Then I told him I knew it was late and I was just trying to get info on buying a new stereo. I told him I didnt exactly know what I wanted thats why I wanted to look at the options. He rudely told me that if I didnt know what I wanted then he didnt know what to tell me. He asked if I wanted a screen so I said yes. Then he said ohhh those are over $300. He made it seem like I couldnt afford it. Ive had a Kenwood that I paid over $600 for In Houston. I know he was probably trying to go home which I understand but there was no need to be rude. The 5 minutes tops I spent in that place I felt rushed so I told the guy not to worry Ill go somewhere else. He didnt like that either So he goes to the back and starts talking to another person in the back laughing and making comments which I didnt care to stick around to find out what he was saying.... Anyways the $500+ that I was going to spend there are now going to go somewhere else.
