First off, I am writing this review because I have had many great experiences with Sound advice. First off, Sound Advice sells very high end equipment. So he may get angry when a kid walks in and compares competition grade equipment to garbage that is made so crappy that even a Walmart associate will not be happy selling them to you. Second, Keith has been selling car audio to me for over 20yrs. so when you dont comprehend his knowledge, it is probably because you look at car audio in magazines where he has been doing custom installs and buying and selling for decades. Third, he price matches other dealers. I used to go there with wholesale catalogs that you can only obtain by owning a automotive related business. Keith, the owner would price match them saying his vendor will reimburse him because the distributor I had was cheaper! I got best pricing and didnt have to wait for the 2 weeks shipping. BOTTOM LINE, if you are looking for high end equipment and a installer with DECADES of experience, you should swing by Sound Advice and talk with Keith. You may or may not buy from him but you can experience what high end equipment is there and maybe leave with the sound system you dreamed of or maybe just more information to make a better, more educated purchase some where else.

This guy is rude and seems to know nothing on install procedures. Go to the other side of town and avoid this place. I also suggest reporting him to the BBB if you have been ripped off.

I came to this place as a teenager looking for advice on what subwoofers I should buy (Im now 24). I still remember this experience, and this is my time to get back at that bad experience I had so long ago. I talked to the store owner, he was somewhat friendly to me as I talked about my past experience with subs and amps. My particular question was whether it was worth it to buy new subs from him or buy some subs from my friend that were Duals for about 100 bucks.Instead of being the savvy salesman that he should have been by convincing me I needed new subs from him, he decided to get angry with me for asking for advice on whether or not to buy my friends stuff. His words were and I quote I give SOUND advice, not FREE advice. I left and bought my friends subs.Well guess what? My advice.... dont shop here.Looks like Im not the only one that thinks that either.

Based on these four people Ill not be checking this place out today!
