Hands down the BEST experience we have had from start to finish!! We started out thinking we were just going to replace one room of carpet but ended up redoing all of our rooms. Their carpet selection is outstanding and prices are unbeatable. Amy was beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with helping us in every step of the way. She provided us many samples to take home so we could pick the right color and did a great job in scheduling the installers around what worked best for our schedule. She answered all my millions of questions too! Installation was beyond perfect! They did an impeccable job and even cleaned up after themselves so we were able to put furniture right back as soon as they left. Our carpet looks and feels absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier!! They also made us a beautiful 8’x10’ area rug for our living room to match. This is beyond the best carpet/flooring store around and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace carpet/flooring in their home, you will not be disappointed!!

The gentleman helping us was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to get out and quote us for what we were looking for. Well see how the installation goes but seems good so far.
