Very happy with Supreme Carpet Sales (Midland) and the recent carpet installation they did for me. I wanted my basement/stairs carpeted and they did a wonderful job! Ron was terrific to work with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. And, the installation crew did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up! I love my basement now (did not before). Throughout the years, we have always used Supreme Carpet for all our flooring. The service has always been great, so when we decided to buy new carpeting for our living room, naturally we went back to them. The customer service was exceptionally friendly right from sales to installation with a follow-up phone call just a couple days after installation to make sure we were happy with the carpeting. Our carpeting came in within a week and we were able to schedule installation right away. We were able to get top of the line carpeting at a fantastic price with a warranty. Supreme is nothing but the best and we highly recommend them!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They measured our home twice to make sure the measurements were correct. They explained the differences in carpet brands and padding qualities. They offered to store our carpet for us until we were ready to have it installed. Carpet was installed professionally and we are very happy we chose to use Supreme Carpet Sales in Midland, MI.

Customer service was excellent. My seller was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. I couldnt rate 5 because it took so long for product to come in. And when it did no one called me to let me know. I had to call them. I would recommend Supreme Flooring.

They have also gone above and beyond for our family whenever we have come to them for anything. They make sure you’re getting your needs met at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion! We used them for flooring for our last house and our current house and will def use them again when it’s time to replace more flooring!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We came in looking for floors & tried talking the gentleman working this morning & he had about as much personality as a rock. Unhelpful, worst generic answers to our questions & when another person came in just walked away. Didn’t even acknowledge us leaving. Refuse to give them any of my business or money!

3 day job I was told, been over 3 months and still not done. Have called business and been into store, my home has been torn apart all this time, they cut flooring inside, sawdust every and had told them I have allergy’s. Service men come late or don’t show damaged my trim and walls and I will have to pay someone else to repair and repaint my walls as just had done less then a year. They did not clean up afterwards left trim with nails it tossed out on porch. And to top all this off they have sent me another bill charging me with $200 more. If I had to do over, I would not use this company and I do not recommend them. No Restitution was offered.

Paid for way more flooring supplies than needed after telling salesman initially that the quote didn’t seem right multiple times. After install, store won’t refund full box of unused flooring planks. Very unprofessional. Wanted to support local business but won’t be coming back for other flooring needs.

Supreme Floor Covering did a great job. We had carpet & hardwood installed. Both crews were very professional and did a great job with the installation. I would high recommend Supreme to anyone looking for floor covering.

We were there to find flooring for our BRAND NEW 2500 square foot home. (THE MAN DIDNT KNOW THAT THOUGH, DIDNT GIVE US A CHANCE) Guess the man thought we were poor or something because as soon as another older woman came in he ditched us... we left.... dear mr. Mustache DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. You lost out on ALOT. Ill never be back.

Tiled my bathroom floor. Installers were not told correctly. Had to be reinstalled. Quoted my kitchen floor at that time (2 years ago). Just called to have them install kitchen floor. They came out to requoted as it had been 2 years. Was quoted $300 more. No biggie, it had been 2 years. Emailed me the quote to order flooring. I gave my OK same day. Got a call same day that they miscalculated and it would be $1100 more! So they actually quoted this to me 3 times all around the same price and when Im ready to order Im told the price has gone up by 30%??? REALLY? So I called and complained. The manger called me, left a message said there had been some labor increases and he would call me back later and never heard from them. RUN AWAY! These people are idiots.
