They have some really nice items in the store. Some were a little pricey but overall it was a good shopping experience.

I took in some quality name brand clothing. The offer I got was ludicrous! I cud garage sale it out 4 way more than I was offered. When I said something 2 that effect. Lady rudely said Well we Hav 2 make a profit. Well as expensive as things were they r. But they r not goin 2 make a profit off me. I will nev go bck. & Warn others off!

Twice I went and they weren’t accepting clothes. I should’ve called first. Employee very rude every trip. Quick turnaround from the buyer. She wanted NOTHING. Nice, gently used clothes and a brand new Dooney & Bourke bag. I’m glad this place exists but I’d really like to know what the guidelines are for their buyer.

Owner is very nice. They really do try to give the buyer the best possible price, which means seller makes less, but its totally worth it.

I have been to the store multiple times and have purchased items during each visit. Except for my last visit, I waited at the counter with my card out for about 5 - 10 mins while the store associate was behind the two way window/mirror on the phone. As soon as I decided not to purchase and another customer walked up, the associate walked to the cash register and asked her if she would like to make a purchase. The customer said that I was standing there ready to buy first. That is when I told them that I changed my mind. The first few visits were somewhat ackward, I just shook the feeling off. Now I know for certain I will no longer take my business where I am not wanted/needed.
