Worst donuts EVER! They certainly were not fresh...tasted like leftover from the weekend. Im sorry that I stopped there and totally wasted my money.

Made the mistake of going to shipley, went straight to the trash can. Then had to go buy some T&T, there is just no comparison. T&T is far superior. When I was there, I ran into the Shipley owners relatives, They were at T&T buying and eating donuts in the lobby!!! Sorry Spencer, even your family knows your donuts are awful.

Small staff at the time, was working the drive-thru and two young small family members. Did not have any kolaches. Some T and Its have them, this one didnt.

I love how this 1 lady puts my creamer and sweetener in my coffee for me thats above and beyond

*edit*I thought the gentleman was being rude not opening the door . I respect that the reason it wasn’t open was due to covid precautions . I know the difficulty during this time and this makes me understand we weren’t just being ignored

Owners are great people, nice and courteous. I can go anywhere in town but The Owners are the reason I keep going back. Yes they do seem to run out of certain donuts but that is the price we pay for such a popular donut shop. I will keep buying my donuts there as long as current owners remain. Thank you guys at T & T. 🥰Visited store yesterday evening (2/25/2021), I started my order by telling the night employee that I was going to order 2 dozen donuts. Without being able to go inside and check the donut selection I found myself asking the employee if there were certain donuts - I was barely into my 2nd selection when the employee kept rolling his eyes. I finally asked him if there was something wrong and he didnt reply but looked perturbed. I then asked him if me being there was a problem for him. I finally told him I wasnt buying donuts and that I would notify his bosses. This employee is going to cost yall customers. This was not the first time he has done this but it will be the last time.I will only visit the store during daylight hours where the owners do make you feel welcomed and appreciate my business.Still love your donuts, not ripping your business, just your choice of employees.

Its always been a place that I can call home. Been coming here since I was a kid, when I was in school... and now in my mid 30s and still planning to come until I cant have anymore sweets

I went through the drive-thru today and the worker that was there acted like he did not want to be bothered when I asked him what donuts he had he got a attitude with me I dont feel welcome there and I will not go back when he is working the other people have been very nice to me and very helpful but this man in particular is very mean and I will not be back he also got my order very wrong and left out a few of the donuts I ordered

These are donuts of the highest quality, they have good texture and tooth. They even have cherry donuts with powdered sugar my fave. Highly recommended.

This day the inventory was extremely limited like no one showed up at night to start making donuts... Now the coffee was steaming hot and tasty

I ordered ahead of time and the girl didnt specify the time, leaving the morning person to think I was coming in the afternoon. He was very apologetic and promptly got my order together asap.Sooo nice.

Came the other morning to get donuts for a friend and the employee who helped me was somewhat rude in asking if I was getting a dozen donuts. She and another employee were involved in another customer and didnt really offer any suggestions or maybe try to sway me into trying a new donut myself. This isnt the first time its happened and not entirely sure what it is about the ladies who work there in the mornings. Night crew is much more helpful and personable.Donuts werent that great... dry and somewhat stale. They could use a few tips from the other locations in Midland.

This location is the best! I prefer them over anyone else in town, the doughnuts are always fresh! The fountain drinks taste so much better than everyone else!

The doughnuts are fresh and they have a huge variety! The pigs-in-a-blanket with cheese are always good and they have the best Dr. Pepper! I make sure to stop by every time Im in Midland!

I had to tell the guy at the window my order 4 times. He didnt have bear claws so instead just threw in whatever he chose. I got home and opened the bag (couldve been a box seeing as I bought a half dozen) and found that half of what I asked for wasnt in the bag. Very disappointed. Usually I order from a lady at the window and she remembers my order perfectly every time. If they cant remember long lists might be time to write it down or something! Wont be going back here for a while if ever!

10 o’clocks probably not the best time to buy donuts, but at the same time if your donuts are stale and old don’t sell them. Waste of 5 bucks. They’re as hard as a rock!
