I got the metal for my roof from Affinity two years ago. Everything was great. I guess we picked it up ourelvesI ordered one sheet of siding and 2 pieces of trim to finish the back of a trailer. First it took 3 weeks for it to be ready, and then I didnt have a truck to pick it up. The site was literally half a block from the shop but they charged me $50 to deliver. And on top of that they couldnt unload a piece of siding and some trim so I am still waiting. So that I can unload it myself on my day off. It seems like it might be a whole different crew than when I reroofed the house.

Great prices and service. Ruben the general manager has a real sense of urgency and always gets my orders to me quick.

Great yard staff. Need some work on phone in quote requests it is tough to get a quote back or call back on quotes.

Ive tried to call multiple time to place an order and i have been put on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Have ordered steel from them before and have always been happy with what Ive gotten. Helpful people that will answer questions and try to get you what you need. We just completely replaced our garage door and opener with them. The guys who came out were awesome, cleaned up after, and my wife loves the fact she can park in the garage again.

Make sure you know all the details on delivery. They will not tell you that they will not unload!

People need to double check the orders got screwed on my roofing metal. Ordered 40 sheets and got 38. Basic counting. When I picked up my order it was wrapped up in plastic. I was rushed off the property before I could verify that my order was correct. Now I know why I was rushed!! When I contacted them to straighten the situation out, the only response I got was and I quote take us to court, I am very disappointed in way they handle complaints. They wouldnt let me uncover the metal so I could get a accurate count. Never again will i return or recommend Affinity Steel.

Poor communication from this company and negligent staff. Would not recommend to anyone. Communication is key. If you say you’re going to call back then call back. Multiple failures from them.

I have ordered a few doors more than a month said they would put them before Thanksgiving and I have not finished the job I buy about 30,000 dollars a year and I do not buy a screw anymore Im tired of being told that tomorrow they will end work and do not love anything i need help...
