I’ve reached out to overhead door on two separate occasions for an issue with our garage door. Each time I received the run around about someone coming out and never received a service. I called Ramirez Overhead and they even came a little after hours to help us out. The team was very prompt, personable and helpful. They forever have our business and our recommendation!

They came out to look and gave me a fair price.appointment was set for the 10-16-20.never showed never called, hard to recomed some one that has no word, lost a day of work because of it.

This company is FANTASTIC. My garage door was hung open. I tried to call the Overhead Door Company and was given the run around all day. I called Ramirez Overhead Door at 4 p.m. even though they close at 5. They came out after hours and had my garage fixed in under 15 minutes! I highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve called and set appointments to get a quote three times in the past month and have not heard back once. I can’t imagine how bad their actual service must be if they make three appointments to provide an estimate and don’t have the professionalism to follow up with a quote or at least return a phone call to say they’re not capable of doing the job.

I gave five stars only because I couldn’t give ten! These guys were prompt, pleasant, and neat in their work! I couldn’t be happier with my new garage door!
