I absolutely LOVE Pink Pug!! The staff is always super friendly & helpful! One of my favorite things is that I can order online for in store pickup so I don’t miss out on a cute item if I’m feeling too lazy to go in to the store that day!! How can you not love this place?! I wish I could leave more than 5 ⭐️

I used to love to come in and shop at this store with friends! Hayden and Brooke I think are their names are absolute dolls (the only reason they are getting more than a one star rating), but here lately they have hired a new girl who is so rude and judgmental. She refuses to help customers and and acts as if it’s a problem to help. She stays in the back and you have to go find her if you’re ready to pay or have a question. I’m not sure what her name is, but she is the sole reason my friends and I will not be back.

Absolutely delightful. Warm greeting as I came on the door. Lots of cute stuff. I asked a question on availability and the worker got right up went to computer and told me where it was. Got a lot of adorable ( some naughty) stocking stuffers. A very pleasant experience. Im going to be coming back here alot.

The employees always give you such judgemental looks and gossip to each other as if they have never seen a person before made me uncomfortable so I left.

Cant say enough good things about this place. My absolute FAVORITE place to buy my clothes. Ive gotten so many things here. Online and in store. Staff is always helpful and sweet. Never one time have I been disappointed. If you dont shop here you are missing out. Pretty much where I get all my clothes and jewelry. Everything they have is always stylish and cute. Sizing is on point! LOVE LOVE this boutique 💗💗

While the store itself is cute, and I love the items.. the staff was less than impressive. The ladies were too busy gossiping to each other, to greet me, come by to ask if I needed any help or if I was doing okay. Coming from someone who worked retail in the past, I understand not being able to go to every single customer and ask if they’re doing okay... but I was the ONLY customer in the store. I set my stuff on the counter, and while they were still talking & on their phones, after about 30 seconds one girl finally asked if I was done, and then the girl at the register decided to turn around. I love the store itself, I just wish there was a little more professionalism and friendliness towards customers.

Walked in, was never greeted. Only 3 people in the store. Set 3 items on the counter. The only time the clerk spoke was when she told me the amount. I spent almost $120. A good morning or welcome or hello goes a long way in customer service. I wont be back. June 1, 2018 11:30am

Absolutely love the store! Everyone is so friendly and the girls always help me pick out a full outfit if I’m going to an event. I love that I can buy fancy clothing as well as clothing I can just wear when im being lazy.
