I gave them 1 stars for a bad service from their employees because me and my mom was there today to looking for my mom a pair of diamonds earring and the lady who works there are really look down on us cause I’m asking for the financial and she didn’t let my mom try the earrings on to see if it look good on her and said that she can return it if she don’t want it. We were not happy about how she ( the employees) treated us and we walked out of the store right away and went to the Gordon’s where is the place have a very employee and they let my mom try all the earrings she want and we’re end up to buy a pair of earrings which is 850$ pay off. It’s not that you selling diamonds then you think you are on top of the word

Me and my fiancé went to go get some jewelry as we’re getting ready to get married next month as soon as we walked in Faye greeted us at entrance she is such a sweet lady she was patient with us showed us everything we wanted to see later after being there a little while lol Maria started helping us as well and she was also amazing both Maria and Faye have really great customer service they r friendly they were easy to talk to and they answer all of our questions we were so happy with our purchase i will definitely recommend anyone to go purchase at zales and ask for Maria or Faye to help u with ur jewelry needs they are awesome!!!

The rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. The manager was so rude and the associate, we had been waiting to talk to her for 20 minutes and she just walked right past us to help someone else that had walked in after us. We came in with our receipt for earrings(within the 30 day return policy) they tried to say we couldn’t return them because we were too late until we pointed out the receipt that said it wasn’t until a later date. The manager then says she can’t refund us without the original purchaser. It was a gift from my husband who works all the time and cannot come in. We have been doing business here for 10 years and they have just lost a customer.

Very Rude staff, make you wait a long time with out even a hello as to acknowledge youJust to be told you can’t pick up a ring. I brought what I thought was a very nice ring not even two week into having it they sapphire fall out wait two week to pick it up just to wait longer to get it back. I will never ever purchase or suggest any one buy anything from this company.... highly annoyed with the customer service I got

Very upset... I wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary ring and I had ordered this ring 10 weeks ago. Well I go today to check on this special order and the staff tells me that this order was rejected because it was a ring on sale. This ring I had bought her was bought 7 years ago and this special ring could not be on sale 7 years later. Well thanks to Zales this surprise to my wife is out the door.

So lifetime warranty just means one time replacementHmm kinda weird. Because my husband bracelet fell apart after 2 months. At least we got our money back

Worst place to shop for jewelry DO. NOT. GO. HERE. The sales people are rude, and will say anything to get you out of their hair and blame it on being busy. They lied to me about when i could pick up my ring, and when i asked for a refund they said i had to do it online since i purchased online. Now im on hold with customer service trying to get my order cancelled so they dont charge my card and theyre refusing to do so!! Bunch of f***ing crooks!! Dont buy here ive always had bad experiences!!

If youre just there to get your rings inspected for the warranty, be expected to be ignored or pushed aside for a customer looking to buy. That is poor customer service for someone that already IS a customer.
