Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I went in for a last minute wedding present and the staff was so accommodating. I need an engravement that same day, the ladies there had it beautifully done in less than two hours. I will definitely be back!!! Great job ladies!!!!

Completely messed up my Father’s Day custom order then the cashier just walked away turned her back on me and said there’s no more in stock. Corporate is not much help either, said they’d have the manager contact me never got a call! I’ll never step foot In that store again!

If I could give zero stars I would!! I love this store but the people who work in the Midland location are the most rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. I should have read the reviews!! I would recommend online ordering instead of going to this location!!

I use to love coming here but the lady gave us bad attitude when my mom tried to ask her if they did the photo engravings, then my mom told her a lady awhile back gave her a card for like the membership and she was rude about it and said Well if you dont know the number or dont have it then she didnt give it to you. Got a message stating our order was ready. Went to pick it up and she tells me they dont have a lid to it so she crumbles up the paper and puts it on top and hands me the bag. How do you not have the lid for your product when youre the one who took it off??

Love their items, but engraving is way too expensive.

They have had to redo one gift 5 times and another twice about to be the third. None of this was my fault yet they didnt offer a refund, a discount or anything! Not even an apply!!!!
