Pawned a hardly used Nintendo 2ds worked completely fine when it was pawned got it back and screen would act like something was touching it but nothing was went back told the manager about it and they refused to do anything about it
They seem to never answer their phone. Rings once and goes to busy signal. No matter when you call....??!! Either answer your phone or dont post a number! A pet peeve for many many people and something so easy for management to fix if they value customers and want to be in business dealing with the public.

I returned a defective product I bought (PS4). Bought on 10/16/18 and returned it on 10/18/18. I had gotten the 30 day warranty. The refund was only for the console not the warranty. No where on my paperwork did it say I wouldnt be refunded for getting a warranty. Not my fault the device was defective.Tried to buy a gun but the gun mgr was not present.... Terrible business. Employees acted ignorant and unproffesional.Not much to choose from. Overpriced.Never go to this scam of a pawn shop .
Wouldnt buy a bike that Ive had for a year because they needed a receipt since it looked unused then said that my grandmother was a bad person and that she couldve stole it shes 77 years old with lung cancer how could she have stolen a bike
Terrible service I was waiting for 30 mins. Then the lady at the register walked away after finishing with the guy in front of me and I waited another 10 mins. I will never go back of rather take business else where.
Not that many products they will not work with you on prices.
