My wife uses hearing aids. Orland Purcell has been her audiologist for several years now and he is exceptional in many regards. One thing I really appreciate about him is that he doesnt want payment until the customer is completely satisfied. The technology of the new hearing aids is pretty advanced and he has been extremely patient teaching my wife how to manage hers.

I couldn’t fugure out what the constant sound was outside... then realized it was the leaves rustling in the trees as the wind blew them. It’s been awhile since I’ve heard that!!!Amazing difference in conversations, lectures, television and phone conversations!Only complaint is their sensitivity to anything near my ears, including the wind... I get a loud feedback that my husband hears as well. Since I have long-ish hair and wear glasses (and sunglasses here in West Texas), I hear that squeal a lot!But the good outweighs the bad, and hopefully that can be adjusted at end of my trial time, if I choose these!!
