If you cant find your new or used Sled Parts here, chances are, you aint gonna find it !Upon my first visit to their huge inventory inside and 30 acres of retired Sleds, I was like a Kid in a Candy Store !!!! Great Service and got a super deal on what I was looking for. They even let me borrow tools.

Can just about find anything dirt bikes, quads, shoot a golf cart an a couple jetski in the back. Three wheels few street bikes an dont forget the sleds as far as the eye can see my friend.

Great shop always have what I need. If theyre not answering the phone its because they are that busy. Email them first.

Bust busy busy, thats a good sign. Staff is very knowledgeable and even in the chaos of a busy retail space, they maintain composure and get everyone taken care of.

Great place to find parts for all makes and models,sleds as far as the eye can see,the yard guy was an absolute jerk,couldnt have been more rude. Ill go back but for the inventory, not the customer service, believe that.

Service is all over the place. Many sled parts here but good luck getting out in a timely manner and it dont matter where youre at in line.

Horrible communication & rude. I ordered a jug for a jet ski on eBay from them and no where in their listing did it state that you could not send a jug back that had a sleeve in it. I spoke with Chad and he was unprofessional and would only let me get out about five words before he decided he needed to talk over me. I tried explaining that i have done tons of motors swaps and they have never tried to argue or charge extra if there is a piston that came through the side of the block. His only argument he had was that i was trying to scam him because i already knew what i was going to say. No Chad, you left a voicemail for my wife this morning and i tried calling to speak with you, but when you didnt return my phone call for hours. I dont know why Im surprised when you already made it clear you lack communication skills for the simple fact that you dont know how to be descriptive enough on your listing. I definitely would not recommend because i have time and money wasted because they decided to leave out key information.

Very hard to get a hold of them on the phone always busy when I do answer is the same I’ll call you back And don’t so when you call back hours later they are very rude with you even a Facebook message it take 12 hours to get a reply

Got a stator from them Im disappointed on how much it costed for having dirt in the plugs that I have to clean and just all around dirty part should have been cheaper...shipping and service was fair.

This place is awesome! I called on saturday around 12:30 they closed at one, and i live over an hour away, they took my card info over the phone sold me the part i needed and stuck it outside with the receipt so i was able to drive and get it later that day! Thanks mickey!

This place has been amazing. Chad is awesome!!! Orders part on Monday, he told me he would get it out when he could that they were crazy busy. Figured 3-4 days. Came next fricking day!!!! Wow. Unfortunately it was wrong part. NOT his fault. Polaris has issue with creating a whole bunch of parts for the same damn machine with same part number. It was a gamble and I knew it ordering it I packaged and sent back then called him. He was all over it. Found right part and sent out right away. I will have tomorrow. Hope it’s right one lol. Unbelievable. Chad rocks and I appreciate him trying to get me mobile again in a hurry. I will be sending people your way. Thanks again buddy
