Everywhere in midland and Saginaw was booked or couldnt guarantee my car would be out in one day for something simple however I spoke with Eric and he can get me in at exactly the time I asked for and had the same thought i did about getting it in and out so i would have my car back before they close tonight. Very professional, he made my day, highly recommend and I havent even went in yet.

I would recommend one of the other shops for exhaust work for sure. They claimed there wasnt enough room to get the torches in to fix it which meant replacing half the exhaust to fix a hole in the muffler. Ive had this car and others taken into places like Muffler Man or Tuffy in the past, and theyve always been able to just replace a muffler (~$100 vs the $550+ these guys wanted to charge me). When I said no way they said fine itll be ready for pickup in 10 minutes and hung up on me! First and last time I will take anything to Midas!

Had to bring my vehicle back multiple times and even then it still isnt working correctly. Spent a lot of money at this place too!! over 2,000 In 3 monthsThe owner Jim, turned business from me away. Any owner that does that isnt a good one. You never ever turn away business. NO MATTER WHAT.He actually told me to go to his competitor....Not my fault your guys did a days worth of work and did a poor job. He penalized me because HIS staff WASTED his money and time.So thanks to him I found a BETTER mechanic to go to........that isnt worried about how much it costs for insurance to have a loner car FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS to drive. People can not depend on you picking people up and dropping them off (we have families and events to go to). RE EVALUATE your method of thinking...you need to convenience your customers and you dont do that. A friendly smile and a handshake dont make friends or keep customers. He always owns the one in Essexville, Mi I was told. in my opinion your staff rushes and thats why the job wasnt done correctly. I will never in my life do business with this man AGAIN......The sad thing is Jim I came to YOU for all my mechanic needs...this WAS NOT my 1st time using your garage.....WHAT A SHAME...

Awful service. I had a super simple request...air check. They didnt help. What the heck? This store deserves to be shut down. Keep providing poor customer service and it will happen. Do NOT waste your time here!

I asked for an appointment via the internet. Within 3 minutes I received a phone call to confirm the appointment. I was amazed at the fast confirmation along with a Email of the time and date. My Toyota had the oil and filter changed, with a tire rotation and balance. Jim told me that one tire was off by 1 1/2 oz. and explained that was not good. Tires should be rotated every 6,000 miles. My Toyota rides very smooth now.. Thanks to Midas in Midland, Mi.

These guys are trustworthy, which is a hard-to-find commodity in auto repair. My Toyotas parking brake stuck on while I was driving to meet someone to buy it (great timing). I pulled in to Midas, they put it up on the lift, and confirmed that was what had happened.They disconnected the parking brake and recommended that I go to a Toyota dealership to get it fixed. Apparently there is something quirky about the cable for the parking brake, and they didnt want to give a sub par repair. NO CHARGE, and they got me on my way so I could sell the car (unfortunately for $150 less than I was previously going to get).Ive had several things repaired here, always happy with the results.
