Ive gotten two trucks worked on here and both times service was excellent. Work is performed fast even though they were busy when I went by. I had a Flowmaster installed on my truck and has a great sound to it now. I would highly recommend. Price was more then fair and would defiantly bring my next vehicle here for work.

I am very pleased with the work they did on my pickup truck, I had the front alignment done and bearings on both sides replaced and some other things that needed to be replaced because of ware from driving. It was fast and friendly service I got my truck back the same day ⁰I definitely recommend Midland muffler.

I brought my 2010 GMC truck to this company after my husband had Googled mechanics nearby on 10-29-20. I was skeptical that any business with the name Midland it would be just as pricey as Firestone but I figured we had nothing to lose by getting an estimate. Best choice car wise ever!! This crew was not only fast and efficient but also HONEST! They saved me money by not having to buy parts that they could actually fix. My truck was in, repaired and out within three hours, front brakes, back brakes, rotors, drums and cylinders!!! The pricing was BEAUTIFUL!! They charged less than half of what Firestone was charging me for the back brakes only. I am hard to impress and this company did just that with a job well done in a short amount of time. This business is now my go to for whatever my husband cannot fix. Give them a try I dont see any reason why you would not be satisfied.

Got my brakes done here a week ago. You cant beat the service. My car was finished in just a couple of hours. The price was fair. The mechanic kept me updated throughout the service, asking my permission to do things instead of doing it and surprise charging me. Customer care is a 10! My brakes work perfectly!

Very polite, honest men working here! I called asking for price estimates to get all new brakes put on my car. The man I spoke with was sweet, extremely helpful and explained how they do a full brake service and check all the parts and brake fluid and make sure nothing else would need replaced. My car is newer and I am a women so I’m aware how many places could easily rip me off and take advantage. The first 5 places I called actually gave me insane prices into the $600 range. Not here, He gave me a great price and was so helpful explaining how they do a full brake service. He let me know that they were busy and i might need to leave my car a few days but I was surprised to get a call after 1 day with my car ready! I am so pleased with my experience at Midland Muffler. Thought my truck had a clogged cat. It has 2 catalytic converters, so that wouldve been $800!!! They promised longer timeframe, but got it in the same day. They tested my exhaust and found ZERO pressure. It was just fine. ZERO charge! Fine folk there. I bought them 6x6packs of Coke as a thank you! FINE AMERICANS!!! Straight shooters.

Greatly appreciate their honesty! We had taken our truck to the dealership and the computer check system they used said codes revealed the catalytic converters needed to be replaced. Quoted a crazy repair price! We took it to Midland Muffler and they looked it over, called us and said the catalytic converters did not need to be replaced! They very easily could have replaced them anyway and charged us for it. But they didn’t... thank you for being straightforward and honest! I had a choice of probably 4-5 muffler shops within two miles of my house, but having read the numerous great reviews for Midland Muffler, I took my truck there. I had a crack in the exhaust beihnd the catalytic converter. I went in around 9:30 am, figuring Id make an appointment for later in the week. They said if I could wait a little bit theyd get right on it. I(n a very short time it was done, and they did me right. They welded the crack instead of replacing the system and were as pleasant and honest as they could be. I recommend this store to anyone needing the kind of work they perform!

This is the best place in town for exhaust or brakes! Very pleased with the HONEST SERVICE Bill and his staff. I replaced my own brakes and still had a squealing sound so I took it in to a professional. They took my car in immediately and within a couple hours had resolved my problem. Because my problem was so minor and easily fixed they decided not to charge me. All they asked that next time I choose to change brakes or rotors I consider them. I wont take my car anywhere else!!!

I took my truck in for new exhaust pipe, and exhaust tip, guys were very friendly and professional. It cost $250, and they were done with the truck in an hour. I will bring my other trucks to Midland Muffler.

This place is absolute joke. I came in to do alignment for my car. They only took 15 minutes to do it which is kinda weird cuz you need to drive the car around to check and see if its aligned. He then told me that im ready to go. I drove my car and found out that its even worse than before. I came back and told him that it was not fixed he said that the mechanic did everything he could to aligne it . Eventually he agreed to drove the car himself and when he did he told me its good and there is nothing else they can do for me .To be honest he was so lying to me and pretend that my car is good which is not. I wasted $70 and I got nothing in exchange.I would totally suggest another place if you want to do alignment.

Total ripoffs, they were gonna charge me $90 to purchase an exhaust interlock flex pipe that only cost 10-15 bucks when I checked it. When I suggested buying the part myself and bringing it to them to fix it this dude told me to also fix it myself if I choose to buy the part myself. Like seriously, if you choose to have this guys fix your exhaust system make sure you double check the price they are charging you to replace a part, you might be surprised at how much more that are adding to the actual cost of the part. Im never going back and Im definitely gonna discourage my friends from going as well.

Despite the business hours advertised on Yelp and other telephone directory sites, their business hours are Monday through Friday only. Looks like youll need to take a day off work to get your vehicle attention.
