Came in to get new strings, capo, and some misc. I am extremely new to guitars. Service was amazing, shared knowledge of guitars was very helpful. I learned a lot about my guitar and what I needed. I look toward coming back to this store for future purchases.

I came to this place with 800 dollars in my pocket looking to purchase a digital piano on the spot today. After looking at the floor models available i had decided between the two I wanted. So I patiently waited in line for the customer to be done being rung up for their purchase, there were several people.behind the desk that looked at me but didnt acknowledge me during this time. So once I get to my place in line I ask the associate about the digital pianos on the floor and what the prices were, immediately he just answered me with well the korg isnt for sale but we have Yamaha in the back but youll have to wait til I get the price, then proceeded to help the lady next in line that had just walked in the door after I had been waiting for atleast a half hour to be helped and wasnt even offered assistance on making my purchase. The store had a decent variety of musical instruments and gear, but with poor customer service like that I could only imagine if I were having to deal with anything problem related to anything I bought here. Im all about supporting local business but today you guys lost my business and ill take my money elsewhere where I can atleast get assistance or even a friendly hello and not treated as if I wasnt important to them as a customer.

They have most everything you would want from a music store and have good customer service

Store isnt as big as Odessa location, but they communicate with them to check inventory they might not have. They give the option to go pickup or will have it delivered to their location. Excellent customer service!!

I took in an old Martin D-1 to have the neck adjusted and the action at the nut lowered just a bit. Not an expensive guitar but one I’ve had a long time.... and have always loved its sound.When I got it back in two days it was like having a new guitar. Far exceeded my expectations. Guitar plays like a dream. For a mere $34 I got $1,000 worth of value. Super impressed and pleased.Thank you!

Website and sign on door show it to be open on Saturdays but door is locked. Showed up at 12:15 and waited around for 15 minutes. Called but no one answered.

Came here for the first time interested in learning how to play violin. Joe was very friendly and professional and got me on the right path to getting started. Its a small store so their selection isnt massive. But they are knowledgable and helpful. And even with a small selection, there is something for everyone.

Bought my wife a bass guitar at this location. The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a problem with the base not only did they fix it they pulled another one off the shelf so I can get the base to my wife in time for a gift. Outstanding service.

The employees were nice. I spent an hour or more looking at their selection.I picked out a nice MIM Fender $539. I went to check out and the guy said he cant sell the guitar without giving them my phone number. I dont give it out. So the guy goes and talks to the owner. The owner said, I cant buy the guitar without giving out my phone number.What a waste of time. I wouldnt recommend going here.

Im new to to the guitar and these people were very helpful. My guitar was shipped to me and it was having problems tuning it and they managed to fix the action on it. I was very satisfied and will be going back in the future to get anything else I might need.

Great service for guitars. They don’t have the biggest selection/variety of instruments but it’s still a great place. I’ve been buying here for years and have never been given a reason to stop.

We had to go back for a small issues. The manager was great! He went over and beyond for us. Will continue to use them for all our instruments.

You can’t use a pick on their guitars. So unless you wanna buy a guitar without playing it or your a finger style guy I wouldn’t go in to look.

I highly recommend this place. Not only is it a great place to walk into the customer service here is second to none! It was a joy to shop here.

Joe Shepard was a sight for sore eyes. He and my father used to play music together many moons ago, and he was in same place. It was Caldwells back then. Still the best guitar tech I know of.

When I went the employees were quietly behind the desk the whole time. As an introvert, this isnt a bad thing, but there were a lot of missed opportunities to sell me things.

This store is the worst, as musician thats has his own home studio, thy never have anything I need. Its really bad when you have to drive two hours to get something that you shouldve been able to get in five minutes from your local music store.

Very few in products for wind instruments and few to try out but one of the only places around that will let you try instruments!!!

My family is always needing instruments and Kyler was very helpful!!
