There was an issue with the lenses on my designer frames that occurred about a year after my original purchase date.After voicing my concern to the manager I was reassured that they would be replaced at little or no cost to me. This matter was all taken care of in less than a week and my glasses came back good as new.I am very satisfied with the service, understanding, and professionalism at this location. Great comprehensive eye exam and service. Highly recommend. If they see a problem that they cannot take care of, they recommend someone who can. Not many will do that, they will just say Lets wait and see.

My family of 5 has been patients of Dr. Cope for many years. It use to be a great neighborhood place to go. The last couple visits have been bad experiences. I have put that off thinking, because of Covid everything is off right now. Today I scratched my eye with my contact which I have done before. My contacts have not been right this time since I got them. I’m VERY uncomfortable and can’t stand light and it’s painful. My husband went into the office to talk to Dr. Cope to see if she could see me or prescribe an antibiotic until I get into an opthamalogist on Monday since it’s Saturday afternoon. Well the Dr. would not even come out to talk to him. So, I call the office to speak to the Dr. and express my concern snd once again she did not get on the phone to even speak to me. Instead I got to speak to the lady that answered the phone that was very rude to me and would not let me complete my sentences. I understand it is Saturday afternoon and everybody wants to go home, but the girl says I will speak to the Dr. and call you back. She calls me back a couple minutes later and says the Dr. says she just does glasses she doesn’t treat any eye problems. WHAT?!?! They have prescribed me an antibiotic years ago, but don’t have the time for me now. After my insurance has paid out about $5000. This year for our family. I am very hurt by this treatment and not even trying to help me. My family of 5 will never go back to this office again and will be taking this further.BTW- Please let the Dr. know according to another optometrist I spoke to who I’m not even a patient of said this “ For minor abrasions, your optometrist may encourage the use of non-preserved lubricating drops to keep your eye moist and comfortable so it can heal on its own. You may also be given antibiotic eye drops or ointment to prevent infection during healing by your optometrist.

Staff was Courteous, professional and quick. I was able to get my glasses in 45 minutes! I will definitely come back for my eye glass needs. Thank you to the staff who was so nice and took such good care of me.

I was in to see Dr. Deborah Cope on Saturday March 27th. I have nothing but great things to say about both the staff and the doctor. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing an eye exam. Keep up the great work!

First time here and loved it! Everyone was very helpful and attentive as soon as you walk in the door. Very good costumer service really respectful and friendly they make you feel comfortable around them. I would highly recommend them for your next eye exam. They are very flexible with your schedule.

The initial exam and experience just fine but after receiving my glasses one pair doesn’t fit right and it seems stronger than the prescription prescribed.

This place was amazing! I was having problems with my insurance but the manger Hector was very nice and patient with me. He helped me better understand my insurance and I was able to get my contacts without trouble. Highly recommended they’re awesome.

Clean office & friendly staff. Always greeted when I walk in and everyone there is always in a great mood. Also, when I leave voicemails I am called back promptly, quicker than any other doctor office I’ve ever been to.

Ive been wearing glasses/contacts for almost 20 years, and my experience with Pearle Vision stood out. The staff was friendly and professional, and Hector showed he truly cares about his customers. He took his time to ensure I saved money, got better glasses and better contacts. Im not being incentivized or told to write this review, Im writing it because they are the type of business that deserves 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and go in and talk to Hector, you wont regret it!

Their online system let us make appointments and sent us 2 confirmation emails about the scheduled appointments. Upon arrival there was no one there. There was no notification posted on the door or in the window and no message on their voicemail indicating they were closed or not taking appointments. I understand the situation with the virus but there should have been notification and no ability to schedule an appointment online at a closed location. It was unprofessional and as a result I will not be making an appointment or recommending this place to anyone.

I will never do business with pearle vision ever, $1500.dollars later, they offer services that may or may not be needed, one pair of glass frames aren’t what I ordered, yet they slipped them through, they lie and give a date they be ready they are not. They’ll be ready tomorrow, NOT!Then have the nerve to sale me four cleaning kits without even asking me if I wanted to purchase them at $12.99 each, I just purchased three pair of glasses and new lens for my old frames, they hustled me good and I will never do business with another pearle vision as long as I live Midlothian IL Pearle Vision is on some bullI didn’t get a print out of the type of frames so they will argue that but I know I chose Ray Bansand got some Columbian BS, after waiting and the bait and switch, they can shove that location where they may.NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY OR BUSINESS.

Dr. Cope showed absolutely no care or even concern about my painful eye problems. She completely dismissed me and pretty much told me to just deal with it. Do not go to this woman if you care about your eyes!

Went to the Crestwood location. Once they get the sale, customer care disappeared. Took a month to get my glasses and Im pretty sure they are not the ones I bought and paid for. The receipt they showed had codes that mean things the counter girl did not even know and had to keep going to the back and asking the manager about. You would have thought after a few visits from the employee you might want to go see whats going on, never happened though. I would not recommend this store, and I am not sure if I will purchase eye wear from Pearle Vision ever again.

Very disappointed in this place...was there a few years ago to get glasses and contacts and not only were the doctor and staff rude but they forgot to call me when my stuff was ready. Well I just came from my exam today at the Pearle Vision in Evergreen Park and the staff was not only very friendly but the doctor was very nice and informative. Also come to find out the prescription that I got from the Pearle in Midlothian was completely wrong and the doctor reversed the astigmatism in my eyes. He told me it was my left when it should have been the right. Will never go back here again. From mow on the only Pearle I go to will be in Evergreen Park.

I went to this place a few years ago, DONT ever go here, the dr isnt friendly at all, plus she was totally off on my eye exam, I have insurance and it was wasted on this dr as my yearly exam, I just want to know what dr gives you a full contact lens exam with ur contacts still in the whole time, after leaving this location I felt blind, she had double my right eye prescription and had it the same power as my left, she gave me temporary contacts to wear to test the strength, I ended up having to pull over because I kept seeing double vision and immediately start getting a headache, I had to go pay out of pocket the same day to get another contact lenses exam at Walmart, I then got my correct contact exam, I will never go there again, I wouldnt seen my worse enemy to that location, lack of eye knowledge not sure why she have her on location, I feel sorry for all the senior citizens that goes to this location, she probably got there prescriptions all screwed up, worse optometrist I ever been to, I wish I could give 0 stars but an order to leave a review I had to give 1 star
