I was directed by my physician that there was an urgent need to get my eyes examined. I immediately called TSO Midlothian and they were extremely helpful on the phone and directed me to their office. I was immediately seen with attentive service by their staff.

Dr. Law ( I know I spelled it wrong) she has been the most informative eye doctor Ive ever seen. She always go into great detail about vision and any problems she might see. Shes has given suggestions and solutions when other doctors have just let things go unchecked. I deeply appreciate her skill, compassion and knowledge.

While they didnt have an opening available when I called, after I told them my symptoms they got me in right away. The Doctor was VERY thorough and took her time. She even double checked my eyes again before diagnosing my problem.The staff was very accommodating and made me feel at ease.They took care of my referral and making sure he was in my network. Everyone there from the time I walked in, to Dr La, to the time I walked out, was just fantastic.Dr La spent a great deal of time with me, and what’s even better, she listened to me. She told me things that no other eye Dr has ever done.When I didn’t really no what to choose, she gave me options and If I was stilluncertain, I asked her what she thought was best !!When It came down to picking out my glasses, Crystal was fabulous. The whole experience was easy and friendly. From filing all my information online, to the receptionist welcoming me, as well as the lady who did the exam. Dr La was top notch and answered any questions I had and was easy to talk to. Picking out frames was a little more difficult because I didn’t really care what they looked like, but the frame lady was real helpful and saved me money,which is always a good thing. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They whole experience was first class, friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This is just an update! I took my mom here due to the fact TSO has been her place to go where she previously lived in the Ft. Hood and Killeen area. She now lives with me in Waxahachie and there are other places to go to get an eye exam.Making a trip here is not a problem, We had to make several trips back to get her glasses adjusted and the ladies are awesome.Thanks for the awesome customer service.

Best. Optical. Experience. Ever! From the office staff to the wonderful assistance (Ms. Kathy) to the doctor (Dr. La) wonderful wonderful service! There was no rush, they took their time yet still valued my time. Clean, courteous, and just the best! I had a painful lesion on my eye and TSO Midlothian squeezed me in. Shawn’s examination was thorough and his explanation of my condition (including giving me a photo of the lesion) was easy to understand. Then, rather than hand me a prescription and send me on my way, Shawn had his staff call the area pharmacies to locate the nearest available. Outstanding customer service!

Since i moved to the area about 7 years ago Ive been looking for a vision center, like the one i went to before, with no luck. I was so excited to hear that TSO was opening a center in Midlothian, Tx. TSO has always been my go to for anything that has to do with my eyes. They are so professional and they make me feel like they really care. I also like their selection of frames, lens options and warranties.

I am super thankful for this facility. I was having horrible eye pain and pressure and very miserable. I called several medical facilities and no one was able to get me in quickly. I called this facility and they said come on in now. I immediately went and they found an abrasion on my eye and gave me medication and today my eye already feels a million times better! Couldn’t be more thankful for them getting me in so quickly. Thank you!

If you pay for an exam there, they will not give you your PD measurement if you do not purchase glasses from them. I have had other eye examinations that gave me this information.

Incredibly thorough! The staff was educated, helpful and friendly! The doctor knew exactly what I needed and got me out of glasses that were the wrong prescription. The staff had contacts ready for me to try and did another eye test before I walked out and decided I needed a different type of contact for one of my eyes for my astigmatism! This staff was on top of it and I never felt rushed! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

TSO Midlothian has outstanding customer service, doctors and office staff! Had an emergency situation on their grand opening and they jumped in to see and assist me! The doctors and staff were so caring and helpful and took care of me during their grand opening. The follow-up was just as smooth, we have travelled to Cleburne to the TSO there but will be transferring my family’s eye care to Midlothian!

I made an appointment after a recent appointment with a competor. I was telling my wise daughter in law about my vision issues after buying new glasses. She told me about Dr. Smith at Texas State Optical. Im moving to Midlothian... So this is great & convenient. The reception personnel where fabulous & got me an appointment right away, they are very professional and courteous. My exam was the BEST... Its probably the best exam in ages... I can SEE and no more blurry achy eyes. I would highly recommend!!! And will go no where else!! My whole family goes there now!! I cant say enough GOOD thing!!

I have been using TSO Mansfield for many years, and was very excited to have this new location in Midlothian open with my favorite Doctors! My husband and daughter see Dr Prapta and my son and I see Dr Smith. I recently saw Dr La in a pinch after my glasses were destroyed, and loved her just as much!

In addition, before I left Dr Smith gave me his cell phone number in case I needed him over the weekend. Ive been going to TSO for years. Dr. Prapta took his time with me and addressed all of my needs and concerns. He did a very thorough eye exam. He has even gone out of his way to see me at inconvenient times to make sure I got taken care of! The TSO staff are all super friendly. Dr. Prapta gave me two prescriptions and told me exactly what each one would be used for! I Love my prescription sunglasses! I have referred multiple family and friends to him! love Dr. Prapta and his staff! Will never go to another place!!!
