I always have a great experience here. My car is always clean inside and out when they are done. For around $30 a month I get my car washed and vacuumed about twice a week. It’s super quick and I’m able to do it on my lunch breaks. Everyone is always working hard there and I appreciate how clean the inside waiting area is. They also have massage chairs so that is a big plus!

Any car wash I take my vehicle’s to now, I use BriteZone Auto Spa & Lube Center in Mansfield, Texas on FM 157 as a reference. BriteZone has exterior only packages, that are very reasonably priced and include hand drying. Midlothian Car Wash doesn’t offer that option for any of their exterior packages. Based on what you’re paying for their services, it’s a waste of your hard earned monies. I’d rather drive 15 minutes each way, knowing that I’m getting; not only the best value, but also the best possible service. If you live in the South Arlington/Mansfield area, definitely check out BriteZone!

They do a decent job usually. This time, they failed on the inside windshield. Yeah, I hate doing them too. I should have checked before I left, but its the kind of haze you can only see when the sun is in the right place. Other than this, it was perfect (inside door jambs included).

I always take my vehicle to this car wash. I got attended by Joe at the window since the cashier was unavailable. Then Joe guided me in to the wash aswell. Its like Joe is running the whole show! He made sure I was attended to as quick as possible and had a great, and positive attitude about doing his job with pride! Thanks Joe for all the hard work you do. Spoke to Kitty so I can compliment Joe on his great customer service skills. He should be there as an assistant manager. I will continue using the location as long as there is people like Joe and Kittu running it.

Love Midlothian has everything its not all congested.

I just paid $30 for a car wash just to watch a dark haired kid responsible for my car walk back and forth doing nothing. He never wiped the outside of the car down at all. When his superior asked him about the car he said it was done. He had not touched the windows or tires. His co workers had to come and do it for him while he stood around. Still no one wiped down the front of my car but because I was so mad, I left. The kid you hired will fit right into this lazy society....getting paid for doing absolutely nothing.

The stuff they used in my truck smells like sweaty socks🤢. The lady who sets it up was really rude. She was yelling at the kids who were actually doing their job. She was terrible. No wonder you dont have help. Maybe you should learn how to treat your employees and your customers.

I’m although this car wash is 2 towns away. I will still make any excuse to head there. The staff is very friendly. And the cashier was very helpful answering my questions. I pay for the monthly membership, and the clean that my car receives each time is amazing. They even have a waiting lobby where you can buy drinks while you wait. If anything I wish they sold air fresheners or other car items that way I don’t have to make multiple stops. Overall best car wash I’ve ever been to! Thank you midlothian car wash!!!

Got the basic $5 wash a few times and it dose an alright job. My only complaint is the side brushes barely touch the side of the vehicle. So theirs still some dirt on the sides. But besides that it has done an decent job.

Went by today for the first time. I paid for the $19 wash and when I got out of my car at the vacuums, I was extremely disappointed in the job it did.I didnt bother going back because they were very busy and I doubt it would have helped. Im giving them 3 stars because as busy as it was, you could tell they were a little stressed but still pleasant. Nothing against their customer service just the quality of the wash.

Crew working on your car or truck are always nice and friendly and do a great job. Manager/new owners dont appreciate customers, never friendly at all.(snobby) Overall they do a great job cleaning your vehicle.

I thought it was a bargain because I usually spend more on washing my vehicle my self. I can only attest to the 19.00 wash that suppose to clean you exterior of you vehicle after you go through the wash they dry you vehicle and shine your tires. Because thats the 19 dollar package. I was not ever really satisfied with the wash it always left dirt or it would add tar to my vehicle most of the time. As far as the hand dry they never dried the roof and I would always have dirty rims. The wash would never get all of the bugs of the front and front windshield and I would have to go back over it again.

Edited to include a response to the owners response to the original review:You are absolutely incorrect in assuming that the chemicals that are in use in your store cannot affect finishes of other components in a vehicle such as upholstery and leather steering wheels that they are not meant to come into contact with. It is impossible for a steering wheel to sun fade in a 24 hour time frame. The steering wheel was emulsified and sticky the day we brought it up there for your manager to inspect. Your workers put something on the steering wheel to cause this. We wont be visiting your establishment ever again.Original Review:Ive been taking my car to Midlothian Car Wash at least once a month for the last twenty five years and have never had a problem. My daughter recently took her Mustang there to get detailed and the following day the leather on the steering wheel started to flake off. We took the car back up there because it was obvious that something they did during the detail caused this. The manager said that they dont use any products that wouldve caused that. She also looked at the videos from the cameras to see if she could see what happened. There were numerous times that the person cleaning the car put their hands on the steering wheel and even grabbed the steering wheel in the same spot with a rag. The manager spoke to the owner and they refused to accept responsibility for the damage that they caused to the steering wheel. The manager told me that she thought it was sun fading. The car is three years old and is kept in a garage and is in otherwise immaculate condition. Do not take your vehicle there for detailing if you value the appearance of your car.

This car wash has always been my last resort...but, I went by today and it was actually decent...On a 10 scale, at least in the past, a 5 was on their best day...today, Ill give it a 7. Typical wash like this though, only the drivers side gets brushed down...thus the 7. I have a company car so this is good enough...for my personal car, still a solid pass.

Paid for the $28 detail which is supposeTo be the InteriorWipe down and exterior wash. Was there a good while but not excessive for a good wash. When I went out front of truck was still covered in bugs and windshield had bugs on it. Inside console wasn’t touched. There was overspray all over the seats. They did vacuum the weather tech floor mates but still looked very dirty. A simple spray and wipe would have been good enough. Wheels and body looked pretty good but that was it. I was told “I did the best I could on all the bugs”. I’m taking it home now toClean the windows and get the bugs off. 1st time there. Last time there. It’s a little better than when I brought it but that’s about it.

Best automatic car wash ever used

I must admit initially that I was terribly disappointed when I received my full service wash. I pointed out a few dirty spots that the tech needed to correct and hesitantly he brushed over them. I requested the manager and it all changed for the best. Kitty stopped everything and was unpleased as well with the services. She put 6 techs on my vehicle and all I could say was WOW and THANK YOU. My vehicle looked like it came off the showroom floor inside and out by the time I left. SN: A business is only as good as the staff.

So, Ive paid to get my car washed at this place and i could not regret it more.It feels like they did not even come near the wheels. After I came home I simply rubbed it with a cloth with some water and it was gone.What a waste of money!

We had a coupon, so the price wasnt too bad. For just under $20, the car came away looking good. It was a much better job for basically the same price that I paid in Cedar Hill a little while back. We were there early in the day on a Friday morning. From start to finish took a little less than 45 minutes. I was a bit surprised I had to wait at all, so I would hate to see it on a busy weekend. There is a prominently placed tip jar if you wish to give your attendant a little extra. I guess they must split tips. I tried to give my gratuity directly to the guy that did my car, but he refused. At any rate, if you want full service for a decent price, I would give these guys at least one look. I will go back.

I drive a black Silverado. It was really dirty on the inside especially. I got a $50 super clean package. I was blown away at how good my truck looked. I am not sure how it could have looked better even if I would have had them detail it. They did an awesome job and I will certainly be back.

I love that, for as low as the $8 wash, someone comes out to towel dry your car. Next time Ill try to have some money on me to tip with. I felt badly that I wasnt prepared this time.

Years ago, I posted a review that was a one star. I have since gone back to this facility and the difference is day and night. The level of service and cleanliness of my car is superb. I would never take my car anywhere else.Try them out.. they are really the best.

Do NOT pay for the full service !! Waste of money!! Got my explorer done and nothing was done to the inside except vacuum... doors were not wiped down ... windows a not done.. when I opened the back it was the same when I pulled in !! SO disgusted !!Never again !!!

I see a lot of negative comments on here. I have had my car cleaned there several times and have always been pleased. Yes they are a very busy place, so you should expect to have longer wait periods. The new manager does a good job and really seems to care about the customers satisfaction. I will definitely continue to take my car there.

Disappointed with the detail service. Paid extra to get tires and wheels detailed. When I got home, I had to clean the wheels and apply more tire shine myself. Smh.

We don’t have many options here in Midlothian so I will continue to come here but they are consistently slow. I’ve been here on busy days and the entire crew is so painfully slow. I’ve been here at times when there’s hardly anyone in line, hoping to be in and out, but it’s no different. 3 stars because the wash is still good.

The car wash works well and they do a good job, BUT the whole process just takes way too long. In the fast pace world we live in now, an hour is just too long to spend at the car wash. I also dont want to have to get out of my vehicle if I am going to take it somewhere. I would rather just drive through. I wont be going back unfortunately unless they change to a drive through model that is much faster, which stinks because there is a lot of potential with that place.

Went late in the day and they did an okay jobMissed several spots on the outside and windows could have been much cleaner. However, you will not find more friendly customer service. If I had noticed the trouble spots, I know 100% they would have taken care of them! Give them a try!

I seriously love having a car wash place in Midlo and come here often due to that fact only, however it is always an hour plus to wash my car which is ridiculous. I go to several car wash places and this is the only one that takes this long and they don’t do a great job for how long it takes. Has spots all over car still and they don’t clean inside well. If there was another one in town I would be there in a second. Really need to work on getting people out faster.

If there was another full service car wash near by, this place would be in serious trouble. I truly want this business to be successful. For that to happen, they really need to up their game. Their customer facing employees are disengaged and something seems to be off with their workflow. I thought it was just an off day at first. After several other visits, it is apparent that they are unable to handle any sort of volume. Plan on waiting up to thirty minutes for your car to even be driven to the wash tunnel. It looks like they wash about five cars an hour. Overall, the wash and dry is not too bad. However, if this was my business, I would expect my employees to be engaged with customers and hustle. They just seem to be going through the motions here. Thats a shame because there is a lot of potential with this business considering its location.

I was actually surprised by Kwik Kar Wash after reading some of the online reviews. They may not have been quick, but was because they were extremely thorough when cleaning my wifes car, both inside and out. We are new to this area, but this is one of the best car washes Ive been to in a while. Great job, hope you keep it up!

So I paid for the $18 wash so for that price you should get a great clean truck when you drive out. Wrong I get out and look at my truck and its still dirty rims, tires, nerfed bars mirrors and windows. Not happy after paying for a wash that was worth rather then the 18 I spent.

Seems like no one is running the place. No one prepped my car before the car wash, I paid the extra to have it towel dried and rims clean and I pulled under the awning area as instructed and my self among many others were waiting while our cars dried. Some people left upset and I waited for a guy that was aimlessly wandering around not sure which car was next and waved him down to do my car which was already dry by that point. They weren’t very busy at all (for good reason). Lesson learned. Maybe try the new car wash at 287 and Plainview Rd instead.

Having my car washed and they’re God awfully slow. I won’t get my car washed here again. Their employees are disengaged and spend more time communicating with one another versus performing a good job on cars.

I guess one bad experience wasnt enough for me. After about 4 months I came back to see if service improved. No such luck. My SUV was not properly cleaned up again. Lots of missed dirty spots on exterior of the vehicle. Cup holders not cleaned up. The dashboard wasnt even touched. Lousy Supreme wash and $30 later you guys convinced me not to visit this car wash again EVER.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible business. Used to be a lot better. New owner is rude and yells when there is a problem. I was waiting for a while to drop my car off and another lady pulled up and they went directly to her and helped her. It took over 50 minutes to get the simple $11 was done. When I asked about it, the owner said they were really busy and there was only one guy prepping the cars... Maybe they should have used one of the 5 guys just standing around to help him. Owner told me I dont have to come back here... Believe me, I wont.

The machines clean the car well. The interior wipe down is usually good. If the place is busy it can take more than an hour to get your car washed. The waiting area and restrooms are clean.

I bought a deluxe detail car wash but because it was done so poorly I had to return to ask them to fix the issues I pointed out. Windows were not cleaned, cup holder and console area were not cleaned or even wiped down. When they told told the job was done I had to literally show them the dirty windows. They were definitely more annoyed than apologetic.

I guess I should have read the reviews before taking my car up to them to be fully detailed for $150.00! I dropped my car off at 10 am and went back to get it at 3:00 p.m.They had the day to detail it. When I came for the car I was disappointed by the film from the wax still visible on the car and the plastic light caps. When I opened my back hatch door the panels were not cleaned properly. Black smudges were still there. So I opened all the doors to see that the inner door panels were still not cleaned- maybe wiped down but not cleaned. I went in and talked to the girl who was the manager- all of about 20 years old. She went out to look at the car with me. When she saw what I was complaining about, she went to get a rag and another helper. This man started wiping things down that I showed him. He tried to tell me that the black smudges would not come off but when my finger showed him otherwise, he went on to tell me that other places charge a lot more for detailing and that they did a good job cleaning the inside of the car. I was pissed. First, I am the customer and what happened to the customer is always right and should get a good product for the price they pay. Second- it was not his place to be arguing with me in front of the little manager. Third- if I wanted to take it to a higher priced business I would but I chose them and they should be grateful. I did not receive $150.00 detail job. They did not clean the hubcaps unless it was with a brush because there was dirt everywhere. I have lived in Midlothian for 25 years and have always received excellent service from the businesses here. I will not use this Kwik Kar Wash shop again. They did not offer me a discount or anything. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to wipe my car clean. Like the others say-check your car before you leave.

It took them 60 minutes just to run my car through wash bay. While I watched my car sit while at least three other cars that arrived after mines go through. Then when I ask about it I was told that they were preparing my car be car it was extra muddy. No sir not at all my car did not have a drop of mud on it. Then once it was washed I watched the guys that wipe down the card joke and play on their phones for an additional 30 minutes before starting to dry my car. For this to be the only Car wash in town, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Outside of car was washed fine, but interior cleaning left a lot to be desired. Paid for top of line service. If that was it, I really got ripped off.

My first time ever getting a wash and detail done professionally and was very disappointed. Marks, smudges, and dust left on the interior. They didn’t even clean the cup holder. Very sad to have paid for the “Big” package and receive minimum clean. I won’t be back.

I am a little picky about my car so I cant give them 5 stars. I really wish they would pay the employees better and get rid of the tip jar.

I have always had AWESOME SERVICE from them. Even when super busy or really short handed the service is great. Johnny the manager and the new owners have really changed this place for the better.

So I was hesitant to go, because of the mixed reviews, but the truth is everyone has their own opinions and I needed a carwash bad. I dont mind paying for what I want and I got exactly what I wanted thanks to Raymond. I told him what I wanted, and he not only explained to me but as well pointed out more things he would do that went beyond my expectations. I got a packaged detailed wash and it was worth the money. I work where my car gets dust and dirt covered everyday. And to have it look new again inside and out was worth the money and feeling you get when it turns out better then you expected. Also, I met Kitty when I came to pick up my car, she was genuine and went over the detail with me. Thank you all again and Ill be back with not only my car but my companys trucks and employees vehicles. Happy and satisfied new customer, Who Dat!

Y’all managing is horrible Jonny doesn’t help his workers when they are busy he just stands around flirting with customers and workers up front at the desk and I heard him talking to some kids the other day and said he was gunna Dock their tips because they didn’t do something right well maybe he should get off his phone and quit flirting with people and help the other manager kitty helps them 24/7 this is sad !! He needs to be stoped

I suggest washing your vehicle yourself or taking it somewhere else. Its relatively expensive and theyve caused several cosmetic issues with my vehicles (trim, windows, antennas, pin-striping, etc.). I have found that after taking it here I typically have to bring it home and detail it all over again to clean up or repair the issues theyve created. Ive been going here for the last several years and it seems to get progressively worse so I will not go back.

Midlothian car wash was great. I will return.
