Arrived about half hour after opening and the door was locked. Took about 20 minutes in order to see what kind of deal they could do in order to try and match what was on cricketwireless.com. The employee tried to work out the best deal, but their hands were tied and fell short about $250 with what was available online. I get that it’s going to be more in order to pay for the overhead of the dealer, but it was too big of a gap to overcome, and there wasn’t a solution to overcome just ordering the phone and service online.

My wife and I have been with Cricket for about a decade. Her old iPhone 5S was on the 3G network that is being phases out so she needed a more current phone for the 4G (LTE) network.Ryan was great! He showed us how to transfer all her stuff from her old phone to her new phone and gave us tips on accessories that would be helpful and those that would not be. His attitude was fabulous. Thank you Ryan!

Its was a good experience, the manager Alex was very nice and helpful. Very professional as well. The screen protector he put on he took his time to make sure it was square with no air bubbles. So nothing bad to say about our visit.

This is a great store full of friendly, helpful and wonderful people. The location is great the store itself is very well organized easy to find what your looking for when you walk in and its well kept up on very clean. Id recommend this location to anyone to visit for all their cellphone upgrades and accessory needs.

The employee here was very helpful. When trying to fix the mistakes he had made we were there 2 times in 2 days at least an hour and a half each time😅

I came in with a lot of questions and honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to go through with coming to cricket, but when I came in Jake answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable and made me laugh the whole time! So I have to say Brixon goes above and beyond her job. I had gone to the 45 the and state store where the guy did not get off the phone to even help me.I left and went to the store in midvale . Brixon went above and beyond. She needs her own store.

I went in to find a phone for my niece. The good thing is that I found a better phone for me, the bad thing is you cant buy a non-activated phone.The person there addressed my issues, and didnt sell me what I didnt need.I will go back there when I need a phone again.
