Sybil was so helpful. I was shown different options to make sure that I would be renting the right size. The prices here are a lot better than other storage facilities near by. The property was clean. They had a lot of merchandise to choose from. That helped me from having to run around. Sybil was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and made the move in process easy. I feel safe storing my stuff at Pro Storage thanks to their wonderful staff!

Clean, professional friendly staff, good rates, under camera surveillance and easy to get in and out of . The 2 things that could be improved is either a garbage can or dumpster could be put somewhere on the property (unless there is one which I havent found) and access to the bathroom as I dont see the sense in even having one if you cant get into it, although they will let you use the one in the office which is cool .

Overall its clean and seems secure. The one thing that I would have to critique is the fact that there is no lights the units. The only lights are the motion lights that are in the halls.

So appreciative of Sybil, a model employee. I arrived right at closing with a packed 20 U-Haul truck and professional movers to help me unload. I was planning to arrive 45 minutes earlier but a wreck shut down the freeway. Sybil kindly stayed later to help me finalize the paperwork for my unit so that I was able to move in.

Do not go here there was storages broken the day I went to go put my stuff in no cameras warning if you want your stuff stolen go ahead and get a place there

I put a bed set and bicycle in storage in June, paid for 2 months, and then on August 17th, I paid $66 for Augusts rental. I asked for the 3rd months discount, they didnt allow it. The lower payments that i expected vanished. I originally wanted to extend from August to December but they said it would cost $400something dollars for the 4 months. Gonna get my stuff out of there

Pro storage is the best place to go for a storage unit I have been with them for over a year and they have been always been good to me and have the clean storage units and the brightest smiles that always bring joy to my day I will only use them for my storage needs even if I have to go from Salt Lake City to Midvale and I always know may stuff is safe with them thank you pro storage

This was so pleasant to rent from. The place is brand new and clean. The office manager is amazing and so kind. She really cares about helping and making your experience the best. I really like the facilities. It is set up nice and easy to get to. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to others.

I love this storage company. It was fast and easy to sign up and pay. All contactless. Prices are great and well worth the money. It has a gate and main door code making it way safer.

TL;DR: HIGHLY recommend this location! A++!After doing quite a bit of research, I landed on this location for storage based on a really convenient location close to the freeway, climatized storage, and it was incredibly affordable.I was able to reserve a unit online and almost immediately received a call from the super friendly on-site manager confirming details of the lease, insurance, lock, and move-in, etc. Expert level master class in customer service!On moving day I was completely all over the place and didnt have any details. Regina was so nice and walked me through the facility and up to my unit, taught me how to use the special locks (first storage unit), and again went over all details of the facility.Everything from the reservation to the move in was so easy and guided, it was a GREAT first experience with a storage unit.The actual facility itself it super clean, great looking, very secure sand safe, has a large freight elevator and a cart that you can use to load in/out. Other tenants that were moving in/out at the same time were friendly and willing to share the cart. All around great experience!

Gina has been awesome they were so nice and helpful and i spoke with a lady through the 800 number i cant remember her name but this was my first time even getting a storage unit she was a.huuuge help with giving me guidance once size and things like that. Regina is amazing she is extremely friendly and helpful and she makes sure you understand just how everything works and she gives you all the information she can so know all you need to know about just how everything works with the building like getting inside and working the gate she makes sure you know about the app and all the things you can do on it to help make your experience easier I highly recommend this place do to how friendly and helpful she is and also how clean the units are

The staff at this location was amazing! They called me shortly after I made my reservation online, made me aware of the total cost (including insurance and the lock) so I would know what to expect when I arrived and made the process seamless from start to finish. The space was the unit was located was very clean and easy for my movers to navigate through. Huge perk is that it also has an elevator. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Regina and her team are the best. I highly recommend using the Midvale location. They just put in a new building and updated the surrounding landscaping. Definitely a good choice for extra storage if you are in the area.Update 10/5When they switched to Pro Storage the staff stayed with them. They are what makes working with them the best. I highly recommend the Midvale location because of the staff.

As others have mentioned, this is a clean, new facility. We have been impressed with the maintenance of the building. However, they arbitrarily raise customer rates and do not understand the importance of customer loyalty. After only 6 months, Cubesmart raised our rates with only the explanation of ‘yeah, we do that’. Due to the lack of caring about customers and lack of taking responsibility by employees, I cannot give this facility a positive review. Renter beware, do not trust what you are told and know that this company does not care about you as a customer.

Im not sure if I will rent from CubeSmart again. I hate to only give them three stars because their staff was amazing as far as kindness and politeness and helpful but... three different occasions I could not even get into my shed. They had construction going on. It was a ridiculous mess to say the least. The construction company working on the property were very rude to me on two different occasions. They wouldnt make a road to go through so that you could get to your storage unit. on one occasion I had rented a truck by the hour and waited about 25 minutes for them to let me through. I know the construction had to be done but it wasnt very thought out, or planned well. several customers were disappointed. Also on several occasions that I went there were no carts available. My storage was on the top floor and I had no way to bring it down from the top floor. The staff said someone was stealing their carts. That was frustrating! Over all I have to give it three stars because thats all it is. they really shouldnt rent out storage units just because one building has been built and the rest of them are still being built. unless, theyre going to have accessible roadways for you to come in and out to get to your storage unit. Anytime you need to. Thats what you pay for, thats what you should get!!

The staff are quite friendly and informative about what theyre doing. The place is pretty secure too, with cameras and number pads. The storage units themselves are also secure, but in case you arent convinced there is a spot for you to put a lock on your own. I dont know for certain, but I know I got a large temperature controlled unit for under $100 and that made me quite pleased. They also have dollys that customers can use, though theres only two per building, and if its busy you might not get to use them yourself. Otherwise its a perfect place to store your goods safely and securely!
