It was my first time ever having to rent a storage unit myself & Rachel was beyond amazing & helpful!!

Ive stored at this location twice, and this last time was even better than I remembered. I really never expected to say this about a storage place, but the staff here (especially Doug) have always been so nice, professional, and incredibly helpful!! Plus, the location itself is well-maintained and very clean. Would store here again without hesitation!

Needed a place to put my things for a few weeks until my new apartment was ready, my sister recommended this place and it worked out great! Doug was friendly and efficient

They didn’t bother plowing after a good snow fall. Which made it harder for me the access my unit in my car with the packed snow. They prices are a little high for the sizes. But they’re pretty clean on the inside.

Barbara was very helpful and patient even with her being the only front of staff when I was there renting a unit. She made sure my access worked and I was good to go even with a full house of customers inside. It was nice being sure I was taken care of even though there was a line.

I Went to the public storage unit in midvale. I was looking for a price. This young lady name Lindsay helped me out. She was professional and helpful. I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely come back and get a unit. I was pleased by her the service.

I was nervous having to use a storage unit for the first time and Megan was very attentive in answering every question I had, she was sweet and reassuring. I like that there is no long term commitment and the property/units are well kept and clean.

Its very nice. Although move in was over $40 more than it said online so that was a bummer. Not the most inexpensive units but it works.

This place would only earn three stars due to closing a few minutes early on any given day. They say they close at 6:00 I was there at 5:55 but their doors were locked. Those 5 minutes are important to some people. Especially when you just drove 25 minutes to get there in time...

I wanted to say thank you to Emily and the public storage team in Midvale, Utah for my short stay at their storage units .If you are looking for a place to store your stuff this is the best place to go, extremely clean and customer service is number one .

Do not use Public Storage unless you want all of your belongings destroyed by rats. This place is infested with rats. Public Storage is doing absolutely nothing to help fix the problem.

We ran into an issue close to the time of outer gates to lock and Doug came to our rescue. Lucky for us Doug was making his rounds and was able to assist us quickly so we could get out in time. Thank you to the staff at public storage for being such great assistance.

Its not bad the place is pretty clean and people are friendly and I believe the price is good well see if that changes but so far so good

Every time i go, there’s ice on the road and they never put salt down. They claim they do the best they can, but it’s a lie, they don’t put any effort in trying to clear the ice. My vehicle hit the key pad after i had stopped very far away from it, because there was ice. They said they won’t do anything because it’s not their fault. It’s clearly your fault when you don’t do anything about the ice on the ground.

First off I want to say how amazing lindsay was she answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed, I also noticed how clean she keeps her workspace, the property it self was also very clean and looks well maintained

Ive had to rent storage space on several occasions at different locations. This is by far the cleanest, best staffed most helpful one. I had no problems renting a space, zero issues while renting, and they made it very easy when I no longer needed it.

This is truly the best place to rent a storage unit. I’ve never rented before and they are so helpful in guiding through the steps and assisting in managing my account. Lindsay is absolutely spectacular and delightful, she’s helped me through my stay and I couldn’t have hoped for better!!! She made me feel more like a friend than a customer, incredibly approachable and well versed in all information- she answered every single question I had without hesitation or judgement! She made the whole renting experience enjoyable and relaxed. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional, safe and very clean facility to store your things this is the place!!

Got to Public Storage after a long day of flying to retrieve our car, however, our cars battery had died and we had no way to get it jumped. That’s when Travis came to the rescue with his SUV. He jumped our car with his cables, if it weren’t for him it would’ve been a very long night of waiting.Thank you Travis for being the nicest and most helpful employee!

I came in not really knowing what to expect from a storage company. I had a wonderful woman named Kristy who helped me in finding which storage would be best for me. She asked me questions and was very thorough to ensure I would get the right size. When we checked out the storage and the door was a little stubborn on going up, she fixed it right away. I LOVED her sense of humor. I didnt feel like I was being pressured at all during the whole proccess.Its weird to say but I look forward going to my storage. The staff there make it almost like a second home. I enjoy seeing them when theyre doing their lock checks and patrols. Its not an awkward silence as they walk by and theyre not keeping me from my task at hand either. (Because they have things they need to do as well).Im super glad that when I googled storage theirs came up first and I consider myself totally lucky because of that!!!

I was an employee here not too long ago and I had some medical issues come up and some transportation issues come up and they had to let me go. I have NO hard feelings toward Doug or Paul in anyway. If I could get rehired again, I would take it and run with the opportunities as far as I can. I loved working here.

My apartment flooded and I needed a storage unit today. Not many places open on Sunday. I made a reservation and went in saw the property and it seemed clean and secure. Doug explained and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage especially on Sunday.

They gave me a quote and I made a reservation they said would be good for2 weeks. When I went to open the account one week later, they had canceled my reservation and would not honor it. Im not a fan.

This place has the best customer service. Doug and Tammy were amazing to work with from the second that i stepped in thr door right up until now. Doug even went above and beyond for me when my lights on my car were left on and killed my battery making me late to leave and making him have to stay after hours. He was very nice and helpful in getting my car started all without showing any frustration that i caused him to stay after hours by 30 plus minutes. THANKS DOUG!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE!

The facility is nice and well kept, the staff is very friendly. I only give it 1 stars because of the billing policies. I rented a 10x10 online and got the online price, which was a good deal. The next day I went to move things into the space, and knew that the 10x10 would be too small. I went into the office to adjust my reserved unit to a 10x15. The price was $70 higher, when I asked why, they said I couldnt get the online price for that unit because I was a transfer, not a new reservation. They would not give me the online price for that unit despite the fact, that I never used the other unit for anything, and I switched my reservation in less than 24 hours. I reluctantly paid the difference, because I had a truck full of things sitting there, but that is really poor service with a complete lack of understanding.Update on the scenario, after posting the review, their office contacted me and offered me the discounted rate. So they did turn things around and do what they could to correct the situation.

They will increase your rate without notice. I was at 145, then 165, and, now 191 for. 10x15 unit!! They lure you in with a good price then slam you because they know most people having a unit cant readily move them on short notice so theyre stuck. Im moving my stuff next month, and would never refer these guys to anybody. Dan C.
