We went in to get some ceiling fans and the selection was not the best, but I am not sure that is so much the fault of Home Depot as it is the Covid shortages and problems. The store seems to be organized as many other Home Depot stores and is clean and well kept. It seems to be well stocked considering the times and the prices are average. I will say that we had the most delightful check out lady and I wish I could remember her name, but she was younger and so kind, had a wonderful smile and very professional. What a breath of fresh air! Will definitely be back when we need home improvement items!

Asked for help with weed waters but got bored waiting. But the staff is great and friendly. They have awesome selection of all the items you need. Love that place

I have always loved home Depot, they were the only place that seed to have people who actually knew what they were talking about. That said, I just had the worst installation experience I have ever had. I can no longer trust them to to be upfront, know what theyre talking about, or trust them to do good work and make things right. Take your business elsewhere!!

Never have the wood in stock that we need or their inventory numbers are always wrong. Always have to go to another store to get what we need and hope they have enough of good quality.

Site was very clean and organized. Even in a Saturday of holiday weekend. Shelves were well stocked and the selection was very good. Very happy with my visit and I recommend this location.

Today I was that person in line with a mis delivery. Took them over an hour, mostly on hold, to sort out the issue. The service desk was professional and got it sorted out. Its easy to lose ones temper in these situations, but this was the shippers fault.

Couldnt believe the courtesy.All 3 people who helped me were so kind and helpful. Great place for your needs.

They are super busy. Thats because they are good. I should know from experience. I worked there till I got big and pregnant. I was 1 of the top cashiers from 2000- 2002. The restroom is on the opposite side of the registers, and I could not quite get to it in time. Plus get stopped by customers and nearly wet my pants. Had to ask ahead of time to use the rr, then it sometimes took 10m to close my lane. But I did work w the best mgmt. Scott was 1. He later passed after a motorcycle accident, I was told. Other than being pregnant and needing a rr break, I rate this Home Depot about a 3. And I stopped a guy who tried to steal a high$$ shop vac. And did not get recognition. Instead the security gaurd that was on another long cigarette break got a $200 dollar reward????

Always use this home depot,store is always clean and tidy, when you inquire of staff they are friendly and courteous. Mask and sanitizer are always available. The selection is large, staff knowledgeable, you will generally find what you came for.

I had purchased an oscillating fan from this place and after one day it quit working. I searched and searched for my receipt and couldn’t find it . (I may have left it in their self check out register). I went to exchange the broken fan and was told I needed the receipt and they wouldn’t exchange it for the same product. They said they could have looked it up if I had the receipt emailed to me but since I paid in cash their was both they can do. They sent me out of their store with their broken fan they sold to me. I’ll never return to this store . Very poor customer service..

Found what I needed. Online said it was in stock and it was. Very convenient. Oh yeah. I also got gift cards for the kids. Almost forgot but ran into the kiosk

This location is terrible! Their computers are never right, they are never stocked, and the people who work there care more about their cell phones than helping customers! Whats the point in a hardware store if they NEVER have what you need. Sure, they will order it, but a lot of the time, with home issues, you dont have time to wait! Then if you can order it, the product gets lost on the way! Absolutely useless location!

They follow you like a hawk if you appear homeless.

Got sent back and forth between the department I needed and customer service for help. Not happy about that. But, thankfully, the customer service person understood my frustrations and finally took care of what I was looking for.

There is absolutely no customer service for appliances. They repeatedly lied and are leaving me with a damaged appliance.

Staff can be hard to find some times but when you do the are friendly and helpful.

They were responsible for me being without my kitchen for 8 days. Will not even discuss inconveniences. Blame installers, that they claim to back.

Was able to get everything I needed and the checkout was quick.

Unorganized store- walked 10 miles for simple latch and caulk type gun needed- never found either-. Rude ladies should learn customer service. No rope or red flag to load the pole I bought- no help getting it in the truck (older woman here) l:eft on lot in front of store. Out 20 bucks. Too many employees standing around in groups and few customers- would have been easy to go the extra mile. But- I was so tired of looking for what I needed- found caulk gun in 3 places around the store. Never found a basic shed lock that you put a lock through- But I didnt look at the patio furniture, maybe those latches are there?I bought what I needed at at Ace- all on the same isle and several to choose from.

Love this location I used to work here too so its real comfortable...its still Home Depot so help isnt always as advertised..but I dont need help anyhow...check the middle aisle for yellow tag mark downs...

I needed wood. And thats what I got. Long wood, short wood, soft wood, and hard wood. Oh, and I had a lot of things I needed to screw. So I got all the screwing material I needed. I also bought paint. I built this thing.

Do not buy from this store. After spending over $2000.00 in an attempt to fix up my house not only was my order messed up 8 times my order was also late over a month and 2 weeks. Did the store take responsibility nope when I called homedepot head quarters they also chose no responsibility... home depot is ok with scamming the people and laughing to the bank. Lowes might be more expensive but at least you,ll get your order.

Woman whos name starts with Lad apparently picked my online order without knowing the difference between butane and propane. paid 16 bucks extra for her to get it wrong and now require the trip and time I was paying to avoid.

A little more selection on Milwaukee cordless power tools would be nice, but im not complaining.

Debbie with customer service made an overwhelmingly frustrating experience much more bearable. Got a Happy Guy gift card from my father that is supposed to be redeemable at many stores including Home Depot. Well after about 20 mins of trying it didnt work... Debbie helped me call the Happy Guy company and request a refund... not sure I will get it, but we tried... they did everything they could do from the home depot end, but DO NOT BUY A HAPPY GUY GIFT CARD!!!

One crazy stuff happening Happy there I seen a lady being beaten down main isle. This is big store has lot stuff, however there refuse to complete lowes in Shawnee. There 1.7 times as many home depot than lowes but there refuse to come to Shawnee.

Well I went to get Lysol disinfectant spray because there sale ad on the internet said they had a new stock well by t h e time i got there the next morning it was all gone. Can we put a limit on some of these items that everybody needs especially at this day and time. But driving 40 miles to see if its there is hard to take good luck and I still will go there. Im sure there doing what they can also. So lets all be patient and take it 1 day at a time

I brought a Samsung front load washer and dryer. When it was delivered the company set it up for me. My washer is shaking because they didn’t remove the bolts or level the washer, I didn’t receive deliver documents, and I’m struggling to fix an already set in place washer because their workers are too lazy to reach back there and remove the bolts. I literally fixed my own washer by following step by step instructions on the manual and hopefully it isn’t damaged. Now I need to set up my dryer because I had to move it to fix my washer. A waste of my time and money at this point.

WORST EVER. Waited for 45 minutes to see if someone could locate an item in stock. Only location that shows online had item in stock. No one would even look us in the eye. Wanted to purchase a tool box. High price item, no one could tell us anything. After waiting for eternity walked out. Will NOT ever come back here. Horrible customer service!!!!!! Don’t waste your time. Order online or use another vendor. Horrible. Would give negative stars if I could.

This Home Depot is not a good place to purchase especially online. Very disorganized, not friendly and too many people standing around the customer pick up area. During COVID I am not fond of standing close to people. I was picking up an order, it took a very long time and I was ready to leave that place. Turns out I didn’t get a receipt for some other items I bought in the store and paid cash. When I got home I realized I didn’t have all my purchases in my bag. I callled the store to see if they could look at the purchase since I didn’t have a receipt and when adding up the items I paid for all the items just wasn’t given the items. The girl who answered thePhone was rude, hateful and hung up on me.I do not recommend

I ordered once and they cancelled my order cause the guy said he didnt know where the things I order was. Wow need better employee that knows where to look.

Im building a porch on the front of my house. I bought the calibamboo decking some time ago. I have men coming to build it on Wednesday. It will be just about finished on my 83 birthday. Will order the wood we will need this week and the froo froo then too. We always find the people to help us at Home Depot.

Went in for fly swatter and asked a few people for help on finding the one that I wanted which is the electric one and no one would take the time to help me basically I picked up the 1.50 2 pack as a last resort but stood in the front waiting for someone to help me for a whole 10 minutes and not one person helped there was about 6 people up there one of them was helping an older gentleman the others didn’t bat an eye so I threw the flyswatters I picked up down and walked out. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at this location though I guess this one lady was having a bad day or something and I asked her if I could have someone take a lawnmower to the front and she was like you don’t even have a cart and I was like well where are they and she replies all over just look needless to say I am probably gonna stop going to this location.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my Carpet order has gone. I ordered carpet and installation from the Midwest City, OK store. They left an entire room off of the order!!! The order was verbally confirmed, and the room that was left off the order, was verbally confirmed and yet when the installation crew showed up to installed I find out they did not have enough and to top it off, after the verbal confirmation, it was not included in the total amount I paid when I placed the order.DO NOT USE THIS STORE for Flooring ordering.I will now be moving into my home, with a room that has no door, as it is a den/bonus room, with exposed carpet tacks. I have a dog that I will now have to block from entering that room to avoid injury. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!If I could rate lower than 1 star I would!

The employees are the most helpful I have seen any of the stores and this is the biggest store in Oklahoma so they should have whatever youre looking for
